Our stay was excellent from start to finish. I cannot say enough wonderful words about the staff at this hotel, especially the concierge staff-specifically Ben. Our stay was extended 2 days due to an air traffic control strike. Since the hotel was full and we had to pack anyway, he coordinated our trip to Mt. St. Michel, Normandy, and a... More

4 nights and, while well located, it is mostly great for its charm and small hotel feel, while providing 4 star service. The check in and out was friendly and efficient, particular credit to Helene. The concierge staff was spot on and fun to work with. great recommendations and reservations.

Everyone was very helpful. We made our tour reservations with the help of your staff up front and they all were knowledgeable, polite and patient. Both of us had trouble with our connection to the internet so Benoire took our phones and in a short time made the connections and showed us how to do it. I have been at... More

Stunning hotel which is situated across the road from The Lovre and Tuileries Gardens. Views to the Eiffel Tower from many rooms. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Received a complimentary upgrade to an 'Eiffel Tower Suite' which was wonderful! Thank you!

The best things about Regina Hotel was the location and very friendly and charming staff. It was very clean and services were all prompt and polite. We were upgraded from interconnecting rooms to a suite but this unfortunately meant we only had 1 bathroom between us and the kids - so the upgrade was no good for us after all.... More

We have been staying here for the last several years, during the renovations. Through it all, the front desk staff have been the high point. They are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They even let me (try to) speak French! We had a renovated room and it is well done with a tasteful decor, big screen TV, free (of course... More

I started using the Regina hotel a few years ago.Since then it is my Paris favourite. For business or private trips it is my first choice. The location is perfect close to the Louvre and in the heart of great restaurants and sights. The newly renovated rooms are delightful as is the charming bar. But it's the staff that make... More

My wife and I have stayed in the Regina on trips to Paris spanning 15 years. We stayed there when it was a luxury hotel, when it decided to downgrade from luxury, and again now that it has gone back to luxury. The level of luxury never mattered, the location always mattered, but more important than both of these, the... More
