I travelled to Paris with family and had a bad experience with this hotel. They put us up in a suite that had no air-conditioning and the room was very hot. The receptionist was also not friendly, she was more interested in selling us cruise tickets than taking care of us at the hotel. The breakfast is not so great... More

It's literally a five minute walk to Wagram Metro Station & conveniently has a Supermarket adjacent to the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, especially the young man, he couldn't do enough to help us! The hotel isn't the biggest, we actually had the smallest room in the hotel & honestly no real complaints, i don't know what some people... More

The room was so small. To have two twin beds they were pushed together with little room on each side. The air conditioning did not cool. No outlet in bathroom and no other mirror in the room. The elevator was only big enough for one person with luggage. It was clean and location in city was close to Cafe's and... More

Pristine clean (if small-ish) room, quiet too, very nice service, good value for money. A bit away from the main centers of interest, but worth a stay if you don't mind or if you happen to have to do in the area.

I visited France for 4 days, the hotel was very hard to find (every building around looked the same) My reservation was room with breakfast so we went down stairs to the buffers every morning. First day we got there 30mn before breakfast was over and the indian guy that takes care of that area asked us to hurry several... More

I am a business traveler. As such I need certain amenities for which this hotel does not cater. There is no restaurant, the breakfast is bought in and not entirely fresh. There is no real lounge area so you either stay in your room or go out of the hotel. The staff are uninspiring, with little apparent enthusiasm for much.... More

My husband spent 4 days in Paris and stayed at this hotel. Our overall experience was very good. Even thought our room was a bit on the small size we could not have asked for a better hotel. The staff went out of their way to help you. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good value... More

Our room called "standard". Well, the room is very small, the door opened straight to the bed, and to bring the luggage in , it is a scientific operation. To whom exactly the so called bathroom and the toilet bowl designed for ?, and bye the way, the black patch of color on the wall, is not another brick -... More

Good location, reasonable price for Paris, balcony in room was nice but room tiny, bathroom even smaller and stank of damp. Didn't eat breakfast but minibar cheap!
