We stayed here over New Years eve 2013/2014 and had a pleasant stay. The free breakfast was wonderful, and every morning they passed around fresh smoothies. The hotel is on a quiet street and only a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower. We found some small cafes around the hotel that were amazing and friendly to us. However, the... More

We loved this location, centrally located to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees. Most of the staff was friendly, but a few experiences at the front desk were disappointing. However, the concierge at this hotel was one of the best ever!!! I would strongly recommend talking to him on your first day at the hotel, tremendous insight.

A superb hotel, centrally located in a nice area within Paris, great restaurants nearby, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysées and l''arc du triomphe. I arrived early after a long haul flight, the front desk ensured I received an early check in. The rooms are very comfortable and sizeable rooms (for Paris). The hotel has a lovely... More

A faultless stay at the Renaissance Parc Trocadero. Excellent service throughout from the front desk and all hotel staff. Superb location between the L'Arc de Triomphe and the Trocadero, with its perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Surrounded by nice little restaurants and a short walk from Victor Hugo Metro station, the location could not be better. Good breakfast and... More

Paris, we arrived and in an hour we were here from the airport. We arrived a little early but no problem they provide us with a nice and comfortable room at 6th floor. Great hotel, really lovely deco, whether you like traditional french setting/deco/furniture or more modern styles, since it has two wings of rooms, with both traditional and modern settings. The location is impeccable, within walking distance to Arc, Eiffel, major shopping, and tons of restaurants while still nested in a quite residential neighborhood away from all the tourist traffic. There are... More

We have just returned from a 1 night trip to Paris, staying at the Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero. Positives: - Arguably positioned in one of the best areas in Paris, being walking distance to both the Eiffel Tower (25 minutes) and the Arc De Triomphe (20 minutes). The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, with plenty of nearby restaurants,... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
