i would recommend this hotel if you are looking only for some where to stay in Paris. I stayed with my girl friend on valentines day for four days. the reason I choosed this hotel was location and 4 star. but I wouldn't say this hotel deserve 4 star its 3 or 2.

We arrived in the afternoon and were told we had been "upgraded" as it was quiet. The room we were shown to was exactly the same as the other rooms, so not sure in what way we were upgraded, maybe from a shower to a bath?! However, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay, and... More

I spent 3 nights over New Year's at this hotel. There are many good things about this hotel: it is very charming in a typical Parisian style, the staff is very professional, the location is great, by Paris standards the rooms are roomy, equipped with a safe, and the street the hotel on is quiet. You can keep up with... More

After reading reviews I was slightly concerned, however I was greeted well, very friendly, and helpful. The hotel looks like it was built in the 30's elegantly and not really renovated since, however I enjoyed that, the old elevator and the decor was all very pretty. Room was decent size for Paris, full bathroom - water nice and hot. And... More

Well - "4 stars" in Paris does not necessarily mean what 4 stars means in other places. Still, the hotel if very calm (a great plus in central Paris) as located in a small dead end street, clean and in a good central location. Staff is friendly and many interesting places and restaurants are all around.

What I like about this hotel: 1. Location (just ok, about 30 min walk to the must see places) 2. Comfortable bed 3. Nice reception 4. Free coke (1 bottle), water (1 bottle) What I don't like about this hotel: 1. Outdated and cheap looking lobby 2. Outdated room (furniture, carpet look pretty bad) 3. The hotel does not look... Arrived pretty late at night at the hotel, but was welcomed by very friendly and nice reception staff. Stayed for 4 nights late november. Hotelroom was way above what we expected, big and clean, and the price was absolutely not bad. Hotel is close to a metro station and has alot of restarurants and shops in the very near area.... This hotel is in a quiet place. There's loads of shops bars food places around it. You just have to walk up the road. Nice location and not to far from attractions. There is a taxi stand just round the corner next to the Mc Donald's. The room was decent for the price i paid. Only there for couple days... More

Where do I start !!! This hotel is awful we checked in and were given our key card to our room. As soon as we got to the second floor (a non smoking floor according to the sign) it stunk of cigarettes, my husband opened the door to the room. The smell was so bad it made you feel sick.... More

I had my doubts about this hotel from other reviews. However upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised! We got to the hotel via Bonne Nouvelle metro station, passing plenty of restaurants along the way. Check in was simple and as far as I know the majority of the staff spoke decent English. We were on the second floor in room... More
