After traveling to different countries, I would like to get a relaxing night in this Paris Hotel before heading back to the US .The hotel was convenient to the metro station, the staff are helpful and friendly but I was disappointed when I saw the room assigned to us. The faucet in the toilet was not working and so we... More

Where do I begin? We knew from other reviews that there was a problem with air conditioning. My husband called before we arrived to see if the problem had been fixed. He was assured that it had been. When we got to the hotel, we asked at the front desk about the a/c. The woman basically laughed at us and... More

Our Ipad was stolen from the room. it seem someone with the key got in and just took it from the table. it was scary and we had to sleep with a sofa infront of the door. The manager Catherine Marais promised to call me the next day. She did not. the hotel people did not take it that seriously... More

Keep walking, keep driving this place is only convenient, nothing more. Rooms make Ikea stuff at Ibis look exotic. Primitive bathrooms and fixtures...although they did work. It's hard to believe such a place can remain competitive in today's world. Expensive....Air Conditioning apparently exists but they will not turn it on....all room units disabled. My clients room temperature hit 41c and... More

We stayed on the 28-29 of Aug 2014. They have an indoor parking but very small for a big car. So one of the staff (I think his name is Raul) was very skilful and helpful in guiding me to the parking because without him, I would have gotten a lot of scratches and bumps. Thanks again. The afternoon reception... More

Me and my family got to the hotel, exhausted and excited to finally come to paris. But as soon as we saw the hotel room we started living our worst nightmare. The double bed was just 2 beds stuck together. There was an enormous crack behind the bed. The bathroom was microscopically tiny. The dining table barely had space to... More

chose this hotel because of those reviews that indicate it is located at champs delisee, well in fact you would have to walk quite a distance, and the location itself is quite tricky where you have to walk thru small aisles to get to the main avenue. that was the location, as I stepped into the hotel, first impression: receptionist... we arrived at this hotel and the bad service started at the reception desk, the receptionist need more training, he was not in a good mood like doing his job because it was an obligation. They sent us to our room and when we opened the door it was still busy, with lots of luggage from another guest, we told... More

Not far from Champs Elysee. There were problems with the wifi the whole time. AC did not work First day problem with water pressure. The impression i got from responses to my comments were that problems were known, not new and not getting solved. Breakfast was fine. Lobby ok. Room above average size for Paris 3 star.

Dear Ben H, We thank you to take time to leave your comment. We are sorry to read that your experience was not so good at the hotel. We solved the problems of the air conditioned by changing the main engine and also by changing the main box for the Wifi connexion. We will be pleased to welcome you again... More

Stayed here on a one night business trip to Paris twice over the past few months. More fool me for going back a second time. This is not a good hotel, and even for Paris its way over priced. Location is great if you need to be by Champs, but other than that its really poor. Some observations: Double bed... More
