Whn we arrived we had to wait 1 hour to check in. Finally they have water leakage in one of the floor, and our room was no longer available. They found other hotels but too far from this area. At the end we had to find a new hotel, pay the cost of their problem. more

Book this hotel at your peril. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there had been a "computer error" and our reservation was only received that morning, despite the booking being confirmed 1 month prior. The staff was very helpful. All spoke English. The room was small but clean and well maintained during our stay. It was decorated pleasantly. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was our second trip to Paris and we were ready to see regular 2-3 star hotel with small rooms and facilitys. The room was clean but poor decorated. We had an 'upgrade' room that was very poor. The room smelled awful, and was dingy. In dire need of new carpet, fresh coat of paint. Maybe a 2-star hotel, but definitely not 3. The location is good, but there are lots of hotels in the Marais district. more
