We stayed at the Au Manoir for six nights and it will be a great memory the hotel was a very clean and tidy hotel not a fault with the rooms We did ask for a quiet room as the Boulevard St Germain is busy. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged several restaurants for us nothing was too... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport and he was waiting at the arrivals exit. We were given a lovely room with a view of Le Cafe de Flore. Our room was gorgeous. Beautiful draperies, wallpaper, and furniture. We loved the in room coffee... More

Stayed here based on accurate trip advisor reviews. Arrived at noon and told room ready at 2:30. Returned to hotel in afternoon and room ready with bags in room. Room viewed inner courtyard with trash cans below. AC, TV worked well. Bathroom 3 steps below room with good shower and ample space. Comfortable. Nick at desk arranged tour to Versaille... More

After a month's traveling throughout Europe in the countryside, we were a bit worried about ending in a big city such as Paris, but it honestly ended up to be the highlight of our trip and mostly because of this beautiful little hotel. Aziz have been very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay as well. The staff... More

Lovely little hotel, small rooms but well appointed. Great location. Problem...restaurant next door plays loud music late into the night. I called front desk 3 times. They told me they called them. The music would stop 5 minutes then start again. The last time I called, the clerk said he saw them turn it off...as if I couldn't tell that... More

We spent a week in 402 overlooking the Saint Germain Boulevard and its famous Cafes. Our room was lovely, complete with hot towel rails, coffee making facilities, and chocolates on the pillows. So close to all the major sites, and the Metro close by. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to arrive back after sightseeing, shower... More

The Hotel was ideally situated and within walking distance of many of Paris's sights. The room, overlooking the street, was surprisingly quiet for a city. It was clean, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and there were some nice luxurious touches, such as slippers and towelling dressing gowns. The bathroom, although small, had a nice big bath and powerful shower.... More

We spent a weekend in Paris in January with our daughter and stayed in a triple room here. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, good size room. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping in Paris. We walked everywhere. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend for anyone.

Can't get better than this. This quaint hotel on Saint-Germain des Pres is right across the famous Deux Magots,Cafe de Flore and right next to the famous Brasserie Lipp facing the church of Saint Germain des Pres. Sure you can get bigger nicer hotels and pay a fortune but this hotel met all our needs. There were 5 of us... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
