On tour, driving through Europe, didn't want to drive within Paris. Found this great hotel 5 mins away from the metro which took us straight into the city. When I booked this, I am thinking it's being advertised as part of Disney, and I am familiar with the disney properties in Florida, so thought it must be of a certain... More

Excellent hotel. Nice decorated, with plenty of details. Rooms have been recently renovated and make you feel really comfortable. With good amenities, and nice details all around (such us inspirational sentences or big Paris images on the walls). Location is good enougth Ithink, just 10 minuts from Gare Lyon and even less for Bercy. Really worthy.

When we arrived, we found the online booking agency had booked us a twin after specifically requesting a double room. We explained to the lovely receptionist that this was an anniversary and we had requested a double room. She immediately rectified the problem and put us in a double on the 7th floor. The room was delightful and clean with... More

I think the hotel and rooms were recently refurbished when we stayed there. Typically for Paris there's not much space, but the room was fresh and decorated really nicely. Top location above the Dugommier Metro station and you could get to the Eiffel Tower or the Champs Elysees without changing in 20-30mins. Complementary continental breakfast which we skipped as there... More

The rooms are nice and tidy but dont expect a lot of space. Our 2 average sized pieces of luggage made it difficult to move around the room. Also there are no dressers, so if you are like me and like to organize things a bit you will be out of luck There were a few things out of place,... More

This hotel was ideal for what we wanted considering most of the time you are not in the room anyway! The staff were friendly and the room was nicely decorated and very clean! It's right next to a metro stop too so we had no trouble getting to where we wanted :)

I booked the Golden Tulip in Paris via Booking.com genius deal at a quoted price of £219 for 2 nights for a mid week stay. The room tariff on the back of my tiny room showed a price of only 60 euros per night so I was being charged over double the price. I had to make an early check... More

I booked a room at the Golden Tullip and was surprised to find out it was actually the Kyriad Prestige. The lobby was dusty and very clearly the staff did not seem to have everything under control. My colleague was transferred to a different hotel. 'Just a 15 minute walk...'. It was quite a hassle to meet each other in... More

When I arrived at the hotel I found it in the middle of major renovation. The outside was covered in scaffolding and the lobby area in the middle of demolition. It was an overnight stay and in fact was a little disappointing. The room was fine; comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom and separate lavatory. The bright red slip across... More

I was on a skiiing trip to Italy when my father was taken ill in the UK, and I immediately set out for home. After a really long and stressful journey by train to Paris, I arrived at the Gare de Lyon at midnight, alone and disorientated. I took a taxi to the hotel (which my husband had booked from... More
