What a lovely place to stay! The rooms are so well appointed - immaculate, super convenient to the metro, beautifully presented breakfast with lively conversation and much appreciated advice. Philippe and Nathalie were gracious hosts from the beginning to the end of our weeklong stay.

We stayed at Courcelles-Parc in Paris for 2 nights in Sept 2014. We were able to check out luggage in early and get a great recommendation for lunch around the corner. We were able to come back after lunch to "officially" check in early. So nice of owners to do this. We had already purchased an unlimited metro card so... More

The "favorite uncle" is, of course, the owner Philippe, the friendliest, funniest, most helpful and warmest person you'll ever meet. My wife and I just returned from a six-day stay and we'd go back in a heartbeat. The apartment is in the 17th arrondissement, an upscale residential area. From my bedroom overlooking Boulevard Courcelles it was delightful to see schoolchildren... More

Staying at the Parc-Courcelles is much about staying with Phillipe. He is more than French but readily conversant in English. He is extremely helpful with all your questions and concerns.Breakfast is upstairs in the flat he shares with his family. There is a true feeling of living in the city as you enter through the heavy front door. Security is... More

We stayed at Courcelles-Parc in April this year while on our honeymoon. We couldn't have chosen a more fantastic place. Our room was stylish and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfasts with Phillippe and Natalie were delicious, informative and great fun - we laughed a lot. Their invaluable local knowledge really helped us plan our week in Paris and... More

Wonderful place to stay. Great location (right near the Metro) and a fantastic two-bedroom space. Philippe and Natalie are so nice, they were so gracious to both us and our eight year old son. They were also nice enough to mail a t-shirt back to the USA when we left it in our room by mistake. All in all, we... More

I stayed in the Place de la Tour Eiffel with my wife in June, an excellent time to visit Paris. We have stayed at several B&Bs before, and have had a wide variety of experiences. We were both very happy to have stayed here, and recommend it highly. The layout of the hotel was somewhat unique. The rooms are located... More

First and foremost, Philippe and Natalie are the most gracious hosts that you will ever meet. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home. From Philippe carrying your luggage all the way to Natalie giving you great shopping tips. The breakfast every morning was fresh and includes great conversation. I think Philippe could be a... More

I had arranged an internship in Paris when my current and only husband asked me to marry him. When I protested about giving up my Paris plans, he promised that he would take me to Paris himself. Forty-four years later, he made good on his promise and we arrived at Phillipe and Nathalie's little bit of Parisian heaven which is... More

I can't say enough wonderful things about this gem of a bed and breakfast in Paris. It is located in the 17th Arrondissement, a little off the beaten tourist path, but in a great location. If you want to see how real Parisians live, then by all means stay here. No tourist traps. No kitsch sellers. No pickpockets. No street... More
