We have stayed here twice and when returning to Paris will will return to this hotel. The location is terrific, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff is friendly, helpful, and the concierge is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed in a small suite, €600, which was beautiful and comfortable.. The few smaller rooms we saw looked very inviting.

This is a relatively new hotel right in the middle of shopping district. When we were researching for a hotel, my fiancée fell in love with the pictures. I am happy to report that this boutique hotel is as comfortable as they appear to be. Room is nicely decorated, very warm and rich. Location is excellent as it is near... More

Lovely boutique hotel just off Rue Saint-Honoré. Staff was very friendly and the concierge helpful, booked for us the best restaurants and even got a table for us when a resto was fully booked! Spacious, clean rooms, every time we went out we came back to the room and bed made up. Expensive breakfast at 44.00 € per person though!... More

I have just returned from a two night stay at the Burgundy having enjoyed every second - flights were on time, weather was fantastic and the hotel was perfect. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were shown the hotel's facilities before being escorted to our room - a classic room on the first floor (room 107) which was... More

This is my first review on TA and the reason is because I have to give this hotel rave reviews. It was an excellent choice that I made from reading the few reviews on TA. First I have to comment on the service, which was phenomenal, every staff member was friendly and helpful. They actually went over the call of... More

We came to Paris for a romantic weekend. Le Burgundy was chosen largely based on TA recommendations. The hotel is lovely. We were personally escorted to our Deluxe Room. A large room by european standards with all expected 5 star amenities. In addition to the expected, I appreciated the breath mints and the daily complimentary bottle of water. The toilet... More

Clean, comfortable, serene ambiance in a bustling heart of Paris. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed. Our only complaint was that the silverware at dinner did not work with the plates and continually fell off the plates into our lap! Amusing until it was annoying. Same with the dark shower in the spa: a... More

Two nights in Paris, bracketing a Disney day. Excellent location for sightseeing, walking or metro. We had a classic room and a junior suite. Only difference was size. Quality was consistently excellent. Staff were helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Free wi-fi made searching for information hassle free.

This hotel is highly recommended. The standard of service is exceptional and the staff extremely helpful and professional with none of the Parisian surliness one can sometimes find. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the bed was fantastic. We ate lunch in the restaurant and it was extremely good food, and in the evening we had a drink at the... More
