This is a great location a short walk from great shopping and the metro. What was remarkable was the service. We happen to walk by with bag one afternoon on our way to another shop and the valet recognized us and asked to take our bags to our room. We left very early to the airport and there were employees... More

I would highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I spent 6 nights at the hotel celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Our first experience showed the excellent level of service. When I got out of the cab in front of the hotel, the taxi driver accidentally forgot to give me my credit card back. When I went to check in,... More

We loved this hotel. We had booked two rooms and requested for a connecting. Even though they were booked, they changed our rooms to connecting on the 2nd day which was great. It's a great location with great rooms and bathrooms. Our kids loved the pool. This is a great 5 star property. The only thing we didn't love was... More

We recently stayed at the utterly delightful Le Burgundy in a spacious junior suite for eight nights. Our three children ranging in age from 9 to 13 stayed in a nearby junior suite with two double beds and a cot (or perhaps they were in one grade higher - I can't remember). Le Burgundy is a beautiful gem of a... More

This is a very nice hotel. Very comfortable and fairly new boutique hotel. Off Place du Madeleine, close to many things like Louvre, shopping etc. Excellent hotel restaurant Baudelaire, has one Michelin star, but was actually better than a two starred Michelin restaurant nearby. Very pleasant pool and spa.

My Fiance and I stay in many different hotels from small eclectic ones to five star chain and boutique hotels. This is supposed to be a five star hotel but I think is lacking in certain areas. The interior of the hotel was very nice and the amenities were great. The staff while professional did not seem especially friendly, it... More

Nothing is overlooked in their attempts to provide the very best service. All of the staff very attentive, remembered your names, even when casually meeting them out and about in Paris, away from the hotel. The porter got off the elevator mid stream to allow me on without a wait. Dining room 1 star (Michelin), with again excellent service and... More

I was slightly sceptical when my centurion card recommended this new boutique hotel, as Whenever we travel we expect the best and I hadn't heard of this hotel, but we were not disappointed at le burgundy. From the moment our chauffeur dropped us off, the attention to detail began. The check in staff were efficient, kind and helpful. Our room... More

Positives: 1) Location, location, location. Fabulous location within walking distance of most of Paris' famous sites and just off the beautiful shopping avenue of Rue St. Honore. 2) Concierge was excellent. They catered to our needs swiftly and offered excellent advice. Negatives: 1) The overpowering smell. It hits you like a mallet to the forehead as soon as you walk... More

Much better than we expected . Superior service from the entire staff. All speak English and were always available to assist with directions, etc. We had a beautiful room of more than ample size with excellent air conditioning, nice mini bar, and other little amenities that made made it outstanding. It is located centrally with numerous restaurants & cafe's minutes away....
