Very good location on a one-way street one block away from Seine and the bridge to Notre Dame. Very wellplanned rooms and a nice bathroom, clean, very nice staff, a full breakfast for 14 euro which I recommend. Will book it again next time we´ll go to Paris and the lounge area was something extra!

Great hotel in a fabulous location. We stayed here for one night arriving earlier than the allowed check in but we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room. The hotel has great access to the trains from the airport, with fast trains running direct to Chatelet Les Halles station close by. The staff were information and friendly... More

We have just returned from a 5 night stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the river Seine is just one road away. We enquired about booking a room with a balcony (at an extra cost) and were disappointed that there weren't any available, however, this turned out to be in our favour as we wouldn't have used... We visited last weekend for my Mums 70th birthday. As other reviewers have stated the hotel's in a brilliant location, just down a side street from the Seine. You can walk everywhere from here - Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay etc. There is also a nearby metro & a handy taxi rank just outside (this was an important consideration... More

We read a lot of reviews before choosing this hotel. It was our first visit to Paris, so being a bit nervous about depending on Metro to get us to the many sites and attractions we wanted to see, we chose this hotel for the location. GREAT choice. It is right in the middle of everything, yet on a quiet... More

Starting off with the great things about this hotel- the location is definitely a plus. Walking distance to everything- quiet street just seconds from the Seine! The room was comfortable and nicely furnished (bonus if you like the colour red!) and the bed was very comfortable. We didnt have much luggage with us but the room would be quite difficult... More

This hotel is located in a convenient area to the most important sights in Paris. The hotel room, although small, was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Each day the room was fully serviced with excellent attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The lift was somewhat small but on most occasions was adequate for our... First of all the location of the hotel is excellent - it is really in the middle of everything and the connections with Metro, RER and Bus lines are very good. Hotel room was very nice and classically beautiful - the balcony was real extra bonus in our room.

We have been visiting Paris frequently over the years, for both business and pleasure, and, when not staying with family, we always stay here -- we've even had our 'loyalty' acknowledged & been 'up-graded' several times to larger, more luxurious suites..! A great hotel with lovely rooms, fantastic staff, in a delightful part of central Paris, within walking distance of... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
