We arrived without a booking and found a warm welcome. The room was small but well appointed. We could walk to many places including 2 Metro stations. An issue was, the maid did not clean our room at all one day! We came back to find unmade beds and wet towels. When I mentioned this at the front desk, the... More

Had a great stay at Aulivia Opera on business trip from London. Te hotel is hip and trendy with lots of nice design touches. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I checked in the lady before me had lots of requests and it was late at night but the young man at reception handled it with calm and humour.... More

Aulivia is accessible through only one exchange in metro, the neighbourhood offers several restaurants , supermarkets and pubs. Hotell is somewhat small but cosy, good breakfast, fre wifi. Rooms against the street can be noisy due to late activities in nightclubs. Booked directly with the hotell and got offer rate with the longer you stay the lower rate, no cancellation... More

The bar down the hotel was so loud we could not sleep untill 2,30 a.m. Together with that you could hear the elevator very loud from the room. We wanted to eat a piece of fruit in the buffet breakfast (included) an it was impossible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location, good for Gard du Nord, about a 30 minute walk down to Place de la Concorde, or 12 euros by cab. Chateau d'Eau Metro is minutes walk. Not the most salubrious of areas but lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, all at very reasonable prices within 2-3 minutes walk, and a few more "upmarket" places 10-15 minutes walk if... This is the second time I have stayed here, and I will book here again for future trips. The location is excellent as you can get to know local shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. The lady serving breakfast was a delight to encounter each morning. The room was... More

Although the hotel has a good location, the room i stayed in was simply dreadful. They located me on the groundfloor next to the toilet and the bar area - so until about midnight I could hear people going to the toilet and the same noises started at 6am again. I didnt get any sleep. I would definitely not recommend... More

The hotel is located quite close to a metro station, Chateau d'Eau, and its only a few min on foot and its also close to the train station Gare de l'Est, maybe around 10 min on foot or 1 stop with the metro. There are many restaurants around in that area and main attractions line Louvre or Notre Damme are... More

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for a business trip, with options for some sight-seeing. It is in the 10th arrandisement just 200m far from the metro station. Nice hotel, very friendly people, good breakfast (for 15 € extra but recommended).

We stayed in the "reduced mobility" room adjacent to the bar and greeting area, since one of us had fractured a shoulder on our visit. The room was spacious and the stand-in shower great. The TV is Internet, and spotty in stormy weather. The breakfast was sumptuous, usually an add-on, but free with a promotion. Roland at the desk was... More
