We stayed here for three nights. The location of the hotel is superB, metro and bikes are on a minute walk. Neighborhood is good, great bars and restaurants. Even the supermarket is 5 seconds away! I will recommend this to everyone. For the complaining people, if you go to paris... It's a city, so it always will be always loud... More

This hotel has 4 stars but by British standards it would probably be a 2 star.It is very basic, the breakfast was very dissappointing, The only good thing was the staff are really helpful.Overly expensive, the area is not very nice and the view from the window was Rundown buildings covered in graffiti,I chose this hotel cause it was best western, thought the... Hotel was nice, clean room, great location... but the staff went way above and beyond to make our vacation special. They helped us with local train routes, restaurants and highlights of the city. After a few glitches in our travel plans, the staff showed their concern and sincerity in helping us plan the remainder of our vacation. Maurice actually spent... More

Stayed 6 nights at the Aulivia Opera recently. Although this property is located very close to two metro lines, the neighborhood is a little intimidating and very dirty. The corner near the hotel has several bars and there is always people drinking alcohol on the street. The walk to the nearest metro (Chateau d' Eau) is frighten. The rooms are... More

My husband and I have just had a wonderful four night stay in Paris at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have all you need for a short stay. We requested a quiet room overlooking the garden so had no problems with any street noise. The staff were very helpful, especially the lovely lady that made... More

This was a fabulous hotel. A little compact but in a great location. Relatively modern. Well decorated and with all the facilities you need. A small breakfast area which doubles up as a bar in the evening. The staff are incredibly friendly too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They sorted an iron for us at a moments notice... More

Minuses: - small room - small choice of products during a breakfast and "dining room" is also small - it is very noisy on the street. Till 2-3 o'clock music plays - Wi-Fi works badly Sometimes even the TV doesn't work - very dirty district of the city Pluses: - rather clean - subway is nearby - there is a... More

The staff at this hotel was wonderful, helpful and efficient. Located in the 10th arrondissement in Paris, the hotel is near the Chateau d'eau metro station, and the neighborhood has many good cafes and restaurants. Breakfast included in the room price was very good. I would return to the Aulivia/Opera upon a future visit to Paris.

We arrived without a booking and found a warm welcome. The room was small but well appointed. We could walk to many places including 2 Metro stations. An issue was, the maid did not clean our room at all one day! We came back to find unmade beds and wet towels. When I mentioned this at the front desk, the... More

Had a great stay at Aulivia Opera on business trip from London. Te hotel is hip and trendy with lots of nice design touches. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I checked in the lady before me had lots of requests and it was late at night but the young man at reception handled it with calm and humour.... More
