Clean Rooms! Good Location ! Good Furniture ! Great Staff ! The hotel is 3 min walk from Cadet Metro Station, in fact it is in the middle of Cadet and Le Peletire. Gives you easy 20 min access to the Louvre - Eiffel Tower - Montmartre - Moulin Rouge And 15 min walk to Gare du Nord - (for... More

Booked this hotel based on the good reviews on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. Stayed here for 3 nights 5-8 January 2015. Was about a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord and literally right next to the Metro 'Cadet' which has easy access to all the tourist bits around Paris and is on the same line as the... More

We haven't stayed in other Paris hotels, but this hotel seems like a little gem with a great location on a tiny street. We liked the easy metro access and enjoyed the restaurant across the street along with others within easy walking distance. The room was smaller than most we have stayed in, but we understand that is typical of... More

Our room was SO small. We had requested twin beds - but were allocated a double. When we asked to change - it was not possible. Our room was SO small with hardly any room for clothes. We had to stack our suitcases on top of one another. Fortunately we were there to see Paris - and the location was... More

The room I stayed is new and the staff is very helpful and kind. The location is excellent. There's a clothes dryer in the bathroom. You have the option to have breakfast in the room or in the cafeteria

Stayed at the Best Western, Anjou from Sept 22 to the 24th. Hotel was very nice, staff was very helpful, room was small but clean, didn't spend much time in room s we were there to see Paris. Close to Metro. Breakfast was expensive, McDonald's was in walking distance, would certainly stay there again.

This hotel is located on a small side street off the major Rue de Lafayette. The hotel is quiet, the decoration modern, the wifi speeds, the room is fine, sheets clean, bathroom is updated and shower and bathtub pure decadence after my Lord Jim Hotel experience. The receptionist was extremely kind. My credit card didn't work, she checked me and... More

It was a great location, easy access to metro. The double room was very very small however. We had to sidestep past the bed between it and the table. We are not large people so I can imagine some would have difficulty. With our bags in the room there was no floor space at all. It was only a place... More

Excellent and reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. The staff extremely helpful and keen to show rooms without being asked so that we had exactly what we wanted. Our fifth floor room with bath had a small standing balcony and was newly decorated. The Express Breakfast was delicious with crisp pastries and plenty of good coffee and orange juice.... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
