We have stayed at this hotel 5 days on August. Hotel is nice, good located, next to the metro station. Breakfast is very good, coffee and pastries are excellent, staff is polite and helpful. Cleanliness of the room is on high level, they have changed pillowcase and towels every day. Next to the hotel You have a lot of nice small... More

Our group travelled to Paris in first week of June. We had booked 6 rooms in this Hotel from India for 4 nights. Our travel agent paid whole amount in advance. On reaching there the lady receptionist was non-co-operative and all of us were highly disappointed. We were made to wait till 3 pm before alloting us the rooms. We booked... More

We booked this hotel last minute (a week before travelling to Paris). We booked through Trivago.co.uk. The cost was 370 Euros for 5 nights, bed and breakfast and free wifi in all areas of the hotel The hotel is ideally located for a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, souvenir shops and just round the corner from a supermarket The... Loved the area where this hotel is...close to restaurants, pubs and transport. My hotel room was spotless, in need of a revamping though, as the style is a bit old fashioned. The entrance hall was lovely with fresh flower...nice touch instead of fake ones. My stay was made all the better because of the welcoming and helpful staff. A huge... More

Grand Boulevards Metro close by. Restaurants and small minimarts are near the hotel. Hotel is just fine and my room seems to be the renovated one while my friend's room seems a little older. We didn't not get room with breakfast but before we left the hotel for our flight, there were drinks and crossisant that we can have as... More

I just returned from a student group tour (of which I was one of the group leaders) that included a three-night stay at this hotel. On arrival I was immediately disappointed. This place might be somewhat centrally located but it is just plain worn out. When I travel, I am particular about where I rest my head and this place... More

My daughters are staying with them right now. At first all staff were helpful, friendly and quite charming. SInce the second night, there has been a major issue with water from the toilet on the floor above leaking into their bathroom. the ceiling has buckled and looks like its going to explode at any moment. The light fixture is floating... More

This hotel and the staff are charming. The location is great because of the proximity to the metro and great restaurants and attractions. This made it a wonderful choice by my travel agent. The breakfast was great and the rooms spotless!

Central location and pretty good value. Helpful staff and concierge. A bit noisey if you are by the road even at fourth floor but only from 7am. Plenty of places to eat nearby and recommend mediterainean/turkish tapas place just over the road. Only 15 mins from Gare du Nord even in bad traffic and close by to the tour bus... More
