Plus points: Rooms were very clean and well stocked with toiletries’ (i.e. Shampoo, soap, etc). No half-measures. This hotel is besieged by problems. In a nutshell it is currently being fully renovated but it should not be open. There are dust sheets everywhere, damp patches on the carpets, light fittings where the bulb is hanging out, loose wires, a lift that only works intermittently, builders banging and drilling in rooms next door, builders tools on every floor... more
