I was here for work and was able to bring my wife along with me, which was nice. We did not go to Paris expecting the hotel to be the highlight and it wasn't, however the location was excellent and the price was better than expected. The breakfast was average for Paris standards and excellent for US standards. The people... More

I had to book an emergency, and have not regretted. Perfectly located 10 minutes walk lo Louvre and all that close. 5 minutes to the metro station, where you and also stops the train RER, which go to Disneyland without changing. Settled immediately. Luggage storage is not, but in connection with the departure podznim offered to leave for storage bags... More

I am so glad I chose this hotel! It ls located on a quiet street just off Opera Avenue and once we found our way around, we walked to Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Opera Garnier, Place Vendome plus many shops and restaurants. Two metro stations are within minutes too. I knew the room would be tiny but was... More

I need to preface this review with the fact that we are Best Western property Managers from Australia. Please bear inn mind that all BW properties are independently owned and operated. We had 4 nights pre booked here and in the end, due to an air traffic controllers' strike ended up staying for an additional night. Great location - 5... More

It's close to many attractions like the Louvre, Place Vendome. and Opera House. You able to walk to all the above with on 5-10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful and if your on a budget, it's reasonable. The rooms varied as I peeked around on my way out. They are very small though seem clean. Like others said... More

Only two good things about this hotel: 1. Location, very well situated blocks away of the opera and galerias lafayette, subway is very close too 2. Staff is very helpful and friendly But... Rooms are too small, even for french standards, building is very old and not well maintained, air conditioned is a joke so during summer gets very hot.... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
