Very nice hotel. Nice staff, basically in front of the Opera. Also, galleries Lafayette is close-by. More than that, you can go for a walk by the river, and you will see the amazing Louvre museum and its beautiful yards. The Eiffel tower is 20 min away by walk, but the view is so nice and pleasant you don't even... More

When we first got to the hotel we had some issues because we had ordered a double but got a single. So they had to do some slight changes but other then that it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast wasn't very good but there was an open bar and nice lounging area. The rooms were alright and the showers... More

Booked through booking.com. Located in the lovely opera district. We got off the Roissybus from CDG outside Opera Garnier (it's only stop). Here the big red bus tours also depart and we had booked this for our weekend stay. 5 mins walk to our hotel down a quiet side street. If you're new to Paris a map is a must....we... More

Very good location, can walk to Louvre in 10min. Street is quiet. The rooms are clean, big enough and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room is very small, so difficult to get seat. Selection ok. Good for weekend break.

I stayed here with my Mum, we were in Paris for an event and needed somewhere to stay in the Opera Quarter. This hotel is 5 mins walk away from the Opera metro stop and of course the Opera Hall itself. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom was tiny, which is to be expected. The staff were... More

On my trip I wanted something that would have good rate and strategic location with comfort for my commuting. This was a great choice. Great helpful staff. If you want quality and be in the middle of everything, this is the way to go.

My mom and I went to Paris in June and stayed here. The location was absolutely perfect and the staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were nice and clean and the only issue was the rooms were very warm and the AC did not work so well. Would stay here again.

I have just spent 3 days at this Hotel and it was great. The location was central, the staff were very friendly and helpful and English was not a problem. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a continental but the baguettes....yum!! I would highly recommend it.

Nicely equipped room with some space to move around, 2 armchairs and interesting French decor in keeping with corridors wall paper. 2 good sized lifts which is unusual for Paris hotels. There is a Parisian charm about it all. Reception areas and staff very pleasant and efficient. Quiet street not far from the bustle of the Opera area, the department... More

Very nice Hotel that was perfect for our stay in Paris in winter. Two blocks from the Metro and train, and close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. Wish that breakfast was included in the rate but nothing better than trying the amazing Patisseries and Boulangeries in the area...and cheaper :-)... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
