Nicely equipped room with some space to move around, 2 armchairs and interesting French decor in keeping with corridors wall paper. 2 good sized lifts which is unusual for Paris hotels. There is a Parisian charm about it all. Reception areas and staff very pleasant and efficient. Quiet street not far from the bustle of the Opera area, the department... More

Very nice Hotel that was perfect for our stay in Paris in winter. Two blocks from the Metro and train, and close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. Wish that breakfast was included in the rate but nothing better than trying the amazing Patisseries and Boulangeries in the area...and cheaper :-)... More

The Opera area is my favorite place for staying on the Right bank in Paris and Best Western Premier L'Horset Opera is ideally positioned there. It is on a quiet side street off Avenue de l'Opéra. While it is not a very luxurious property, it is well above average, and offers all comforts of a 4-star establishment. The facade of... More

Recently spent 5 nights here, I've visited Paris many times and this is the best location I've stayed at, perfect for Opera, Printemps, Galleries Lafyette and many smaller shops, easy access to all other areas, don't usually eat in city centre hotels as I generally find restaurants better, but room, bar and staff were all excellent and really friendly

We booked our room online and payed with Credit card. We took the roissybus from the CDG airport and it stops at the Opera Bus stop (The only stop before it goes back to the airport). It is a 6 to 7 minute walk from there to the Hotel. There are 2 Metro stations withing 4 minutes walk from the... More

We spent nine nights here and found it an excellent place to stay. Our room was fine, breakfast was very good, the reception staff was very helpful in making dinner bookings, and it is very convenient to the metro, buses, the Louvre, and good restaurants.

My wife and I stayed for three nights and we chose this hotel because we were going to the opera one evening and this hotel is five minutes walk away. On arrival at about 6.30 in the evening we received no welcoming smile or indeed a warm welcome of any sort, instead a lady whose first words were along the... More

The room was clean , the bed was comfort ,but I think that an armchair is necessary. The breakfast was delicious.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
