A terrific place to stay in the Opera district. The staff was most helpful every day of our stay. Our room was very clean and well appointed Great breakfast and good service at every levels from arrival to departure.

A charming little hotel off L'Opera and conveniently located and close to most of the attractions. The only negative feedback that I have was the outrageous price that they were charging for breakfast for what was being offered. 16 Euros per person and not one hot item available. Not even toast bread. Very disappointing from that perspective.

My husband and I spent four nights in this charming, historic hotel last week. It's located on a quiet side street in the Opera district with a number of very nice restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a nicely appointed bathroom (tub/shower, heated towel rack, lots of counter space). The staff was... More

Great little hotel in a fantastic location. A/C was excellent even during the heat wave, beds were great and wireless was problem free. Super location close to many of the favorite sites in Paris. Great team of employees dedicated to making the stay great. Loved it!

Ideally located in the Opera district on a very quiet side street. Close to The Metro and only a 5 minute walk to the Louvre Great friendly staff. I had great fun with The gentleman at the desk trying to murder the French language. But he stuck with me and even gave me pointers. Extremely clean room. Very comfortable bed.... More

Pleasant decoration, small (44 rooms) hotel. The management and reception people are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Fernando the bellman is very special and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 4-5 years and are delighted each time at the warmth of the welcome and the charm and comfort of the hotel.

The hotel is about 1km from the Seine, but centrally enough located get to all most visited tourist attractions within walking distance. Alternatively the 2x metro stations within a 3 minute walk offer a multitude of access to Paris, in particular Opera Metro with its 5x lines. Staff were always friendly and assisted with smile. Breakfast was typically European, only... More

WE stayed here for our honeymoon in May. What a wonderful place. the customer service was fantastic. We asked before we arrived for soya milk and mentioned that we were gluten free. Not only did they supply the soya milk, but they also arranged for gluten free products available for breakfast each day. A lovely surprise. Thank you so much... More

Having never been to Paris before, I found it really hard to choose which area and which hotel to stay in. I was taking my mother away for a birthday treat so needed somewhere central but quiet. I struck gold with L'Horset Opera! The service in the hotel was first rate and this began even before our arrival. Sandra, one... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
