The best part of the hotel is its location. Easy access to metro and walking distance to must see tourist sites such as the Louvre. The neighborhood is a foodie paradise as it is loaded with cafes, pastry shops, wine stores, boutiques a more. A little loud at night if your room is over the street but we didn't mind... More

Wasn't sure upon first arriving in Paris if I could make it to hotel because of my limited driving experience in this beautiful town. I called the staff who were so helpful they came out to the street to lead me in right direction in a most caring way. The room is quite lovely and bathroom quite modern and frankly... More

Staff we met were helpful and friendly. Room was small but sufficient. Clean and quiet. On a street with plenty cafés, restaurants at reasonable prices and food shops. Depends what you want to do in Paris but location is good for most purposes.

The staff seem to be here to change people's minds about the stereotypical Parisian rudeness. We arrived four hours before check-in hoping to just dump our bags and were given a room straight away, with a smile. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and thorough. Must especially compliment the woman who serves breakfast as she really goes out of her... More

I was moved to this hotel due to an overbooking with my original reservation at a nearby hotel. Upon entering into the lobby, I felt relieved that the switch between hotels went well. However as I entered my room, I was instantly disappointed as it was very small and dark. I travel frequently for work, therfore I aspect alot from... More

We stayed here on Rue Montorgueil in Paris. It was two blocks from the Metro station which we used quit a bit to get to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre and the Arch de Triumph. The room was clean and nice with windows that opened up to Montorgueil. While the room was a little small, we didn't spend... More

A small boutique hotel in a great street, closed to traffic and full of Cafes and patisseries. Rooms are not the biggest but that's Europe, clean and presentable. Bathroom is adequate. Anna at reception was lovely and very helpful

A great spot in Paris close to many restaurants, small supermarket and laundry. Great access to Les Halles metro station and easy access to rail transport to CDG and Orly airports. Small rooms but that is standard in Paris.

As we checked in we were informed that there was a problem with our booking, they had known about this for sometime that they had overbooked. They would sort something for us to move to another hotel after one night. They did not at this point they couldn't tell us where, the next morning I went to find out where... More

My family and myself stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst in Paris. We went to this hotel after having a previous one with tiny rooms. The hotel itself had lovely spacious rooms and we were satisfied. But we didnt know that the staff were ripping us off!! The receptionist lady charged us 100€ for a taxi and when... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
