When I go to Paris for a while, I stay at this hotel. Unpretentious, friendly. Breafast could be a bit more varied, hot cooked breakfast for instance. But hte staff is really friendly. Not my first stay there but not my last. more

It's a very good hotel if you're on budget travelling. The staff there are super welcoming and speak English well. Certainly not very spacious according to the North American standard. But it's Paris. I read elsewhere someone complaining about the paintings on their walls as porn, which are not suitable for children. Come on! It's the artist Wallase Ting's works.... more

We stayed here for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at finding a clean decent place for the price. I suspect it must have been renovated since the previous comments on here because it was definitely not smelly or otherwise unsavoury in any way. Fair little 2 star hotel. Rooms are basic but clean. Bathrooms have seen better days but everything works. Close to Metro and Republic Square, good shops and resturants nearby. A good base for an economic stay in Paris. more
