I stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid January. The reception staff were always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother for them. I had a room on the ground floor which was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a premier location and within a short walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Notra Dame.... We stayed at Dominique in 2 weeks ago and it was perfect for us. Fantastic location, we could see the Eiffel Tower down the street. Tons of restaurants and cafes all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Also a strong wifi signal. Because we were back packing and only had a certain amount... More

My wife and I spent the week of New Years 2014/15 in Paris at this wonderfully quaint and cozy boutique hotel. It's located on Rue St. Dominque and has a view of the Eiffel Tower as soon as you step out onto the street. I'd say that it was centrally located to most of the sites we wanted to visit.... More

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Saint Dominique Hotel last weekend. The location was central enough that we were able to walk to all our destinations. The neighborhood featured bakeries, shops and restaurants that we enjoyed. The view of the Eiffel Tower, lit at night, from the front door of the hotel was special. Bakery next door made... More

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to my daughter's apartment and was delighted that it received such great reviews on this site. We were surprising my daughter--9 of us in four rooms-- and it was no small feat. The staff: Claire, Florine, Juan, the new girl whose name I have inexcusably forgotten--they were all in on the surprise,... More

Have just returned from a 3 night stay for our 25th wedding anniversary and we will definitely be returning. From the moment we arrived the staff were superb with nothing too much trouble for them. Our room was a bit on the small side but it was clean and comfortable especially the bed, if only other hotels could find the... More

I was in Paris for two nights and stayed here after reading reviews online. I definitely was not disappointed. The room I stayed it was beautiful and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel. I just wish I knew what type of pillows they used. The big square pillows were so fluffy and... More

Staff were delightful. Room comfy, small but bigger than expected, they upgraded us. Excellent shower room. Coffee in room, breakfast excellent (and despite other comments pretty good value for money compared to outside!) Lovely courtyard, not used as January... Great area, felt entirely safe and was interesting immediately locally, and of course very well situated. First stop for our next... More

We very much enjoyed out four nights in the St. Dominique Hotel. The location was perfect for access to all of the big Paris gotta see iconic landmarks. On a quaint street with several nice bistros, patisseries, brassieres, and pubs in every direction. Close to the Metro and a nice brisk walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and a... More

Amazing hotel. Perfectly located for my husbands first visit to Paris. We were upgraded to a suite on the third floor which overlooked the courtyard and the room was really lovely, quite spacious considering other reports that the rooms are small. Breakfast could do with some improvement so we only had this on our first morning. The location of this... More

Staying in Tour Eiffel / Invalides

Neighborhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
