Excellent location, small room but new and vary good furnished but did not have fridge. The service was intermediate. Did not try breakfast thought it was a bit expensive with 12 euro each. Gas Starbucks opposite to it and parking in the next street cost is 20 euros per day. I would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is ok as you can travel via the metro easily across Paris . The bedroom was small but fresh and clean, and on the 6th floor the street noise did not trouble us. A small hotel on the outskirts of Paris, approximately 20 mins walk to the Eifel Tower. Metro on it's doorstep so easy to get to anywhere. We had 3 nights, 4 days spent in Paris using the hotel as an exploring base and would recommend it to anyone. Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit out of the way, but easily accessible by metro. After walking around the neighborhood a bit, you can find some good restaurants and brasseries. Rooms small, but clean. Modern bathroom. Breakfast simple but sufficient.

all the positive reviews of this property are spot on. This is not the Ritz but it's a nice little hotel in a typical Parisian neighborhood. It's location is convenient to the metro, cafe's, pastry shops, restaurants, etc.We would stay there again without a doubt. A good value for the money. You will love Natalie.
