Our room was on the fifith floor (fourth floor according to American standards) and on the interior, which made it quiet as far as noise from the street. The hotel is half a block from the Champs-Elysees, just behind the Disney Store. There is a metro stop 30 yards from the hotel on the Champs-Elysees as well as bus stops and taxi stands. I really liked staying at this hotel. I went to see the end of the Tour de France in July 2005 and this hotel was perfect because it is two steps from the Champs and a metro stop. Good value for money, Near the Metro,restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and always helpfull with directions, tourist information and booking of tours. We had a great time. Just around the corner their is a realy good, affordable japanese reataurant as well when you get tired of sandwiches. more
