Not a bad location, even if the street is anonymous. The hotel seems to need an upgrade, at least some of the rooms. Some rooms are also very small, so watch out when booking. Personal items were stolen from the room. It was reported to the management, who hasnt been ignorant to solving the case.

Great location close to Gare St. Lazare, Opera House, Seine. Tight room but fine by Parisian standards. Bathroom larger than average. Get an updated room. Concierge service varies by personnel. Get multiple sources for best information.

Well positioned for many of Paris's features. Situated on an anonymous street where there is a lot of movement of commercial firms, thus, lengthy obstructions.
