Disembarking at St Lazare station during peak hour isn't a pleasant experience - both the station and the nearby streets are noisy and chaotic - so to reach out hotel (a short walk from the station) was a relief. We've stayed in Paris before and expected the usual matchbox of a room, but ours, on the first floor, at the... More

We spent 2 nights at the Queen Mary and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were served a complimentary drink at reception as we had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready. The room (473) we had was very nice except for one small detail: there is storage space over the bed... More

We loved the Hotel Queen Mary for its great location on a quiet street near the Madelaine. Having read a few reviews we were prepared for a smallish bedroom but much to our delight our bedroom was roomy enough and had a separate sitting area which was great and a brand new bathroom. As regular visitors to Paris, we have... More

This small Paris hotel is a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful; the room is spacious and well appointed for a boutique hotel and the location is superb. The area is safe and we found wonderful small local places to eat, drink wine and shop. It is within walking distance of the main part of Paris. We never tried... More

When looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel in Paris, we found the Hotel Queen Mary an excellent choice for a week' s stay. In a quiet back street but within walking distance of all major attractions and famous department stores (Galleries La Fayette and Printemps), this hotel Is an ideal base from which to explore Paris. The Madeleine... More

This was my second visit to the Queen Mary in less than a year. There is no better value for money hotel with such a central location to all of Paris's attractions. Pleasant and helpful desk staff, clean spacious rooms. I will be back for another stay soon.

Our room was ready, spacious for Paris, newly decorated but no paint odor and brand new, so much so that we had to plug in the mini-fridge. We were unfamiliar with the lighting system, but soon figured it out. Here for 5 nights, so the day staff knew us well, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast room still being renovated; no... More

This is my third trip to the HQM.previously I have been delighted. Recent refurbishment to reception is good. Room was good, bed excellent, shower/bath difficult to access and impossible to stop the water from wetting the floor of the bathroom quite seriously, making it very slippery. Replenishment of drinks ie. tea/coffee, milk didn't happen. Breakfast, poor. Started at 7am and... More

We had a wonderful stay here, it was everything you expect when you visit Paris. The Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was great (compact, like everything in Paris) a great continental breakfast, and it was walking distance to most of the great landmarks. There are also several metro stations close by.
