Stayed here one night on business. Main views was that this was a very tired hotel in a great location. So fine for a stopover but if you want a little more then suggest elsewhere. Very small room. It did at least have aircon. Breakfast was a bit nondescript.

We booked a family room for two nights, which was spacious and overall very comfortable, if a bit old-fashioned (but to be fair, we expected that). Like so many Paris hotels, it's on the expensive side for what it is, but it was calm and very well-placed (close to Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe). Comfortable main bed - the... More

The main and the single positive point of this hotel is the location...., but it is a dirty place with the most disgusting ever eaten breakfast! Every morning we had to ask for bread or other things because they did not have enough for all guests. In the last morning we waited 20 minutes for the bread and when the... More

Dear Geogia Alexand... B, First of all, I thank you to sharing your experience in our hotel, be sure that I regret your disappointment. Concerning the breakfast, I am sorry to hear that you had to wait that long for the bread. The lady who usually works in the cafeteria was not able to work that day and we had... More

Booked for 2 days to take part in Paris marathon. On the first day we were put in Room 19, a small room with no air conditioning and 4 large heaters, two of which couldn't be turned off. It was like a sauna in the room. When I mentioned it to the staff member, he said all he could do... More

Dear LeightonR, Thank you for sharing your hotel experience with us and once again I truly regret your disappointment you had during your stay. Please note that all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning but we have to wait for mid June to turn them on due to our contract with the air conditioning company. Concerning the smell of... This hotel is quite good for Paris but not really that great. Some reviewers have said 'must stay' and I would suggest that is over the top. It is fine, friendly staff, great location, but the hotel itself is only average. We had the suite and the beds were not very comfortable. Carpets and furniture is tired. It could be... More

Value for money and is situated at Champs Elysees Arc De Triomphe. There is a kebab stall near the hotel for halal patrons like me. Our queen size bed was comfy. The Reservation Staff were good and FREE Wi-Fi provided. We had no problems with the shower although I overheard a guy complaining about the water heater. On overall, we... More

I've stayed here previously and it seems to be upgraded with the bathroom having new trendy his/hers washbasins - but the carpets looks tired and the walls are marked and can certainly do with another coat of paint. Small courtyard - nice to have somewhere to look out on although there is a huge conifer there ! downstairs a pc... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
