Value for money and is situated at Champs Elysees Arc De Triomphe. There is a kebab stall near the hotel for halal patrons like me. Our queen size bed was comfy. The Reservation Staff were good and FREE Wi-Fi provided. We had no problems with the shower although I overheard a guy complaining about the water heater. On overall, we... More

Friendly smiles, clean rooms, comfortable beds and all a stones throw from the Champs Elysee! The Lord Byron is a must stay for your Parisian trip! Highly recommend for anyone who is in Paris on business, with friends or there for a solo trip. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town as it was such... More

I've stayed here previously and it seems to be upgraded with the bathroom having new trendy his/hers washbasins - but the carpets looks tired and the walls are marked and can certainly do with another coat of paint. Small courtyard - nice to have somewhere to look out on although there is a huge conifer there ! downstairs a pc... More

Overnighted here on a business trip. For less than EUR120 it was excellent value in a great location near the Champs Élysée. Tiny bathroom but good hot water pressure. Tired but clean. Wifi was good. Soft bed with small pillows which is typical of the style. Very warm without needing to turn on the heater. The floor in the room... More

the hotel is very small with a little cute lobby and friendly stuff ! only the lady in the breakfast place is a little rude :/ The elevator is too small and we could not put all our luggages, so we use to go up and down 3 times because we were 3 persons ! We've choose the Triple Room... More

The reality of this hotel does not correspond to the classy impression their website gives. I had a room in the annex at the back of the court, which assured its quietness. But it was completely outdated, the worse being the unpleasant sewage smell in the toilet. That issue must have been known by the hotel management, as the noisy... More

Business trip and stayed for one night in mid January- 3 star hotel, with a great location - it is a short walk from George V metro, and very convenient for a stroll around the Champs Elysees area. Room was clean - I had a twin bed room and the shower/bathroom was modern, small lcd tv with about 10 channels.... More

Funny little place with nice clean rooms and a good service. Since it is a old hotel an extra radiator was placed in the room. One of the manager's an Austrian gentleman, fluent in French & English, is true entertainer and extremely helpful. Although its outdated - the staff and charm compensate it's short commings. Internet does not work outside... More

We chose this hotel for our child free weekend in Paris as it was just off the Champs-Elysees and seemed an ideal location for exploring Paris. We were not disappointed. The hotel is situated just off the Champs -Elysees near Georges V metro station. Although the hotel is old, and our room was a little shabby for the money we... More

We Stayed at Residence Lord Byron between 23 & 27 July 2013. This was our 2nd Time there since we stayed for the 1st time in 2008. If you are a "Champs Elysees" lover like me, you cannot find a better location. You should be aware that the Hotel is old, the rooms are small (Like most of Paris Hotels)... More

Neighborhood Profile
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th-century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
