My disappointment in this hotel was big! I did name your price on priceline for a 5 star hotel and this hotel was selected at around $320 per night. But it is in NO way a 5 star. The rooms are small, tired and average. The bathrooms are tiny. There are few amenities and no coffee makers or anything in... More

We stayed here in the first weekend of may 2015, and was very pleased with both the location, the hotel and especially the service. No matter what time we arrived or what kind of problem we had, the personnel went above and beyond to try and help us.

Second time of staying there and really enjoyed it. The staff is great and they serve their duties with class and very good manners. location is also great and street noise is never a problem. Will definitely stay there next time I am in Paris

The title says it all. We came to this hotel ONLY because it was a 5 Star hotel and we expected the best being as though it's in a primal location right by the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. I regret giving a 1-star review only because the bellman was amazing. He did absolutely everything for my family... More

Dear Worl_Explorer_117, After reading your comment you posted on TripAdvisor, it will be difficult to me to express by writing how frustrated and distressed I feel about the bad experience you had with us during your stay. It is so far away from the usual guest service we are proud to provide to our international guests. But it seems that... More

Not a great location for enjoying Paris nightlife or food, but great for tourist attractions and shopping. Just a couple minutes away from the metro. Quiet neighborhood. Nice, decent sized, clean rooms.

Dear Scott B Thank you choosing the hotel de Vigny and taking the time to share your comments. We researched hotels in the area and found Hotel De Vigny to be the best. We paid a fair price that included breakfast. The location is excellent. It is very safe and close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and major tourist attractions. I agree with some of the other posts that state that some of the furnishings are a little... We had our second visit here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's a hotel with great charm some may call it chintzy but that's fine with me. It's extremely comfortable and in a fabulous location. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and attentive. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I loved the breakfasts and looked forward to a herb omelette... More

Its difficult to choose from the vast array of hotels, however, we stumbled on a really great hotel. The location was perfect, the staff very friendly and the breakfast hit the spot. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fantastic and perfect for my partners 40th Birthday Treat. I'd read about the problems with noise but in all... More
