My fiancee likened Marriott's flagship Paris hotel to the Leaky Cauldron (for those of you who don't get this reference I suggest you read more Harry Potter). This simile is quite accurate - the entrance takes but a small area on Champs-Elysees, but from the stairs opens out a magical world of luxury. Within a few minutes we were settled... more

I stayed at the Marriott for one week and had a wonderful stay. We loved the convenient location, within walking distance of many sights, and close to metro stops. The staff was always helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We faced the inner courtyard and heard no outside noise at all. My husband and I were very... more

This hotel is located right on the Champs. We drove from south England; parked the car and never used it the rest of the trip. The metro stop is very close and we could walk to the Eiffel Tower. We opted for a larger room; it was spacious enough for a family of 4 and surprisingly quiet. The bed was... more

On a recent trip to Paris, we stayed at both the Marriott Champs-Elysees and the Westin. We split our hotels because we were using points at both. As far as location, the Westin was our favorite. But, as far as the hotel itself, it was Marriott. First of all, Marriott upgraded us to an executive suite which was simply incredible... more

We stayed for a week on points and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a great room overlooking their terrace restaurant courtyard. It was very quiet and we were able to open the window and get fresh air. The weather was wonderful the whole week. Some rooms had windows that opened up onto the lobby and I would not... more

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be right on the Champs-Elysees. The hotel is well kept and nicely designed, but has the feel of most Marriott properties. I found the service to be in keeping with a hotel of this caliber and the staff was multi-lingual and very helpful. We had breakfast each morning at... more

I stayed at the Marriott Champs Elysees for the first time with my fiancee. The location was amazing, you really can't get better than this! We arrived early, but weren't allowed to check in until 2pm, which was the downside, so we had to find something to do in bummed out clothes(we had just arrived via eurostar, they did hold... more

This having been my first trip to Paris, I was anxious to see whether or not the rumors were true as to how pleasant the local people are towards foreigners (especially Americans). I'm very happy to say that I found almost every Parisian I interacted with to be friendly and helpful, with the exception of the Marriott. This is really... more

We have to start off by thanking the Concierge and Housekeeping. We left one of our bags in our room when we headed to the airport. We called the hotel...they were so gracious. Housekeeping found the bag... got it to the concierge...who put it in a cab... and got it to us at the airport within 30 minutes. They must... more
