The Garden Elysee does not disappoint, with a great location about a block off the avenue Kleber in Paris' 16th Arrondissement at 12 rue St. Didier (about three blocks up from Trocadero; and an easy walk from the Boissieres Metro on the 6 Ligne). Through several stays over the years, the most recent being from May 3-9, 2015, the rooms... More

We spent last weekend at this hotel. Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation but very quickly resolved the situation and offered us a Junior Suite. So we ended up with a lovely room. This hotel is in a fine location, 10 mins walk from The Champs Elysee in one direction and The Trocadero in the other. Although it is... More

We spent a week at Garden Elysee in April 2015. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The breakfast offered by the hotel, which is an extra cost, was very good but expensive. The continental breakfast was 16.00 EU, while the full breakfast buffet was 24.00 EU. Room service for dinner is... More

We booked this hotel at 1 hour notice due to our current hotel not bein to standard. We arrived and was greeted by the staff who were the most friendly people we seen in the entire trip. The bloke even rang out other hotel to see why they didn't try to accomadate our basic requests. The kept our luggage all... More

We booked this hotel because it was near the main attractions and we chose well. The hotel was in the middle of the Eiffel Tower and L'Arc de Triomphe - minutes away. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable and we had all we needed with tea and coffee in our room and lovely breakfasts. The staff were very friendly... More

A thoroughly lovely well organised and smart small hotel. Staff were kind and patient and could not do enough to help. Situated on the South Bank between the Champs de Elysse and the Eiffel Tower was wonderfully located. Room was clean and simple but bed was comfortable and the room was wonderfully quiet. In all we would definately stay again.... More

Garden Elysee is a quiet and comfortable hotel off Avenue Kleber. It's a couple of minutes walk from L'Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. There is a good selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Efficient and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel in Paris. The service here was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was extra helpful. Before we could even ask for help, they were helping us. They gave us maps of Paris and gave us exact directions. They would make calls for us at busy restaurants and help us find open place during New... More

A nice retreat inside 16 Arrind. Actually it's the hotel for those who care.Care to enjoy Paris and not to be a pompous man. A bit over-valued of course but c'est Paris... Breakfast is good and a lot of places to eat are around. Good choice and real charm.

I really liked the localtion, close to the sites and tucked off the main road so quite. I felt the rooms were good and up to date. Nothing really fancy, but not unpleasant either. The breakfast was good and found the staff very freindly and helpful. Plenty of restraunts around and close to several metro lines. I was traveling w/... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
