we are very much concerned about these comments but unfortunately the client has been victim of several circumstances : we had a little group celebrating something who has been noisy in spite of our recommendations (they were drinking and smoking in the garden) we also sometimes discover that even if it is forbidden to smoke in non-smoking rooms, some clients...
