Had a room facing the patio . Quiet and felt like being outside of the city Nice neighborhood . Front desk , concierge and night guardian all really nice . There's a city Carrefour next to hotel which is very nice to buy drinks or food

I stayed here whilst I visited Paris for 5 days for a short break. It was easy walking distance from the local Metro station, and was straight forward to get to from Gare Du Nord. The hotel itself is fantastic. A real high quality place to stay, with a lovely lobby and courtyard area. The hotel is conveniently located close... More

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times. The central location is excellent and is close to a Metro station. Location is central, yet, due the side street/courtyard situation, is very quiet. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which we could not fault. Equally, we find the staff to be very helpful and friendly, particularly Alexandre, Jordan... More

This hotel is to be avoided. I got stuck here because my agent apparently thought it was a good idea to charge me $400+ per day for a 150 sq ft room that is supposedly a "junior suite" (probably a kickback deal for the agent). There was nothing suite about it. We paid for three people and got a room... More

I have stayed at numerous hotels in Paris over the years and my stay at Garden Elysee's was much better than expected. Compared to the pokey small rooms in many hotels in prime locations, my room at Garden Elysee was spacious and well kept. Staff on front desk were very helpful and friendly. They called up local shops on my... More

This hotel was on a quiet side street, a few hundred feet from the desirable Rue de Kleber. Location is PERFECT!! You could walk to the Eiffel Tower, and walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There were so many great restaurants to walk to, and you could walk to the Champs-Elysees. Next time I would look into staying at the... More

It is what it is...a hotel but felt more like a b&b! It was clean and cosy but was expecting more of variety at breakfast, staff were very abrasive which could seem ignorant but I guess it was just their style. No problems to state, good area for travelling. Just would have liked a more friendly environment! Also extremely expensive... More

Outdated. Depressed staff. Tiny rooms. Even tinier beds. Overall an average experience, starting with a receptionist who seemed depressed and who rarely spoke in sentences but rather in commands... his initial greeting on our arrival was not a "Good evening" or "Welcome to Garden Elysee"... but rather just a command... "Name?"... "Passports"... "Credit Card".... hahah my wife and I just... More

We stayed there for 8 nights and were so pleased. Good location-subway just a couple of blocks away, and several restaurants in surrounding area. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was larger than we expected and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is a great value. We will definitely return... More

My husband and I spent 5 nights here for our honeymoon and we were very happy with our stay. It was our first time visiting Paris and this hotel was comfortable, modern, clean, and in a great neighborhood that made us quickly feel at home and fall in love with the city. We couldn't have been happier with the location,... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
