We just got back from a mulitple city trip of France and Italy and our trip started at this wonderful little hotel. Upon our arrival from a long plane ride across the pond we were taken to our first hotel the Garden Elysee. The young man (Sorry bud don't remember your name) who checked us in when was very professional... More

This a very good 4-star hotel in a wonderful place in Paris. It will take you not more than 15 minutes of nice walk to get to the most important plases in this gorgeous city - Trocadero and the Arch. There is a front courtyard which makes this place peaceful covering you from the noise of the city. The staff... More

My wife and I spent three nights in the Hotel Garden Elysee. The location is perfect for walking to all the popular tourist sites. The front courtyard was welcoming after long days walking and touring. The hotel staff was very helpful with maps and directions. Evenings were closed with a nightcap at the bar with the bartender Pascal. Friendly and... More

Booked this hotel on the back of other reviews based on its location and most importantly to me their customer service. I don't speak French well and my wife doesn't at all. Paris is in my opinion is quite unforgiving if you can't speak French. Most officials and a lot of staff appear quite rude. This was certainly NOT the... More

My husband and I just arrived in Paris today, and already the staff has already exceeded our expectations. We forgot to print our tickets for Versailles, and the front desk staff gladly helped me print them from their front desk computers. In addition, the bar staff was happy to open our own bottle of wine purchased from the Carrefour grocery... More

Having just returned from a stay in this hotel, I would highly recommend it. Although there was maintenance on our floor, this didn't intrude on our stay at all. The staff were all very helpful and the location is amazing, just a stones throw from both the Eiffel Tower & the Arc De Triomphe, with a metro station just around... More

Thank you for staying with us during your last trip to Paris. As you said there was maintenance work on your floor. Indeed we are regularly controlling the smoke detectors all over the floors in order to assure the best security for our guests. Looking forward to welcoming you soon in Paris. More

We have stayed here twice and will always use this hotel when in Paris. Very quiet and set back from the street. Great location near eateries and transport. Easy walking distance to all attractions. European hotel rooms are smaller than we are used to in Australia but we could move around without tripping over luggage. Staff very helpful. Our booking... More

Thank you so much for your loyalty to our hotel. Indeed hotel room sizes in Paris are smaller that in some other cities around the world. In order to meet our guests'needs we offer 4 room categories : Classic is 17 m², Superior is 21m², Junior Suite is 24m² & Suite is 35m². More

We were upgraded without asking to a quiet spacious room overlooking the courtyard. It must be beautiful in the summer. The room was very clean. The hotel's continental breakfast is quite good. The staff at the hotel are very personable and friendly. The people @ the reception desk were able to make restaurant reservations and the bartender, Pasquale, was also... More

Located off quietly convenient Avenue Kleber. A street that takes you with a lot of Parisian charm to both the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Brilliant functional rooms and bath rooms with just the right amount of space and finesse. Breakfast is excellent, though the kitchen does not run round-the-clock on elaborate dishes. However, fine dining is available... More
