I liked this hotel, we were with 3 people so we were on the top floor, we had a 'duplex room'. I absolutely loved the room, everything was clean/wifi was great/beds were comfy and the bathroom was huge and beautiful! Since we were on the top floor, we had a lovely view over the roofs of Paris. I absolutely loved... More

Just returned home from a week in Paris. I researched on TripAdvisor many options before deciding on Hotel Konfidentiel. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls and my wife and me. We had planned numerous excursions to the Louvre, Normandy, Eifel Tower, river cruise and wanted to be close to a metro stop and good restaurants. Hotel Konfidentiel... More

Six rooms on 6 floors. Good size room with amenities in a wonderful location in a fun, beautiful and exciting area of Paris. For us the lack of rooms meant we enjoyed a quiet hotel with a larger than usual room in Paris. Window that you may open wide means you are not dependant on air-conditioning which is a real... More

First of all, thank you for having taken time to leave us your opinion on the hotel. It is true that we have a wonderful location and the opportunity to benefit from rather big rooms for Paris. We consider your comment concerning the cellar. Normally our guests like it a lot, but we undersatand that is was not the case... More

If drawn to the hotel by its slick website, incredible design, and central location, you will not be disappointed. Among "design" hotels, Konfidentiel is worthy of the name - with fully realized, bold, no-detail spared design, and friendly staff. Each of the 6 spacious rooms/suites has its own floor! It was a joy to wake up to a view of... More

My family group of 6 including my 78 year old mother stayed for 5 days and had the best possible stay thanks to superb staff. Yes, the hotel is in a great location just two blocks from the Louvre and also the rooms are very large for a Paris hotel, but the staff really sets this place apart. They were... More

Hotel Konfidential is the PERFECT PLACE for a luxurious yet intimate hotel experience, and only 2 blocks from The Louvre! The staff is incredibly attentive and provided us with every bit of hospitality we could imagine. Since the hotel has only 6 suites our family occupied 4 rooms and it felt as though we'd booked the whole hotel which made... More

The hotel has only 6 rooms. One per floor. We stayed in the king of France room which had the most spectacular chandelier. The room is small with a nice sized bathroom. Location was good, close to the Louvre and metro. My only criticism is the front desk staff did not have a great knowledge of where to eat in... More

Thank you for having taken time to leave us your opinion on the hotel. We are sorry that that you did not receive well informations about restaurants. The fact is that there are lots of good and very various restaurants around the Hôtel. A part of the staff is in apprenticeship, and still don't know all the restaurants. Nevertheless, we... More

This is a relatively new and stylish boutique spot with 9 floors and one unit per floor. The rooms are spacious by Paris standards and therefore a value. The hotel is around the corner from the Louvre (10 minutes) and Paris' hottest restaurant Spring (1 minute). The youthful staff is a pleasure. When I left my scarf at an area... More

First of all, thank you for having taken time to leave us your opinion on the hotel. My wife and I stayed there for a whole week on the 5th floor in chambre Pont-Neuf and we'll make it a point to reserve ahead of time and make sure there is space for us again on our next trip to Paris (only 6 rooms). As a motivational speaker I get to stay in many hotel rooms every week... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
