Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was clean, breakfast was average. Needed our breakfast voucher to be served. One day wanted just a quick snack and coffee and left the voucher upstairs. the Woman in the kitchen would not serve us. Don't waste time- go to a local pastry or diner for food! Room was small- shower wasn't clean,... More

Exterior/Hotel location 2/5: Hotel is close to metro station Porte de Montreuil. Area is nothing special, a hospital behind the hotel, some sneaky/homeless persons around the metro area during the night. There are two supermarkets close to the hotel (Franprix & Lidl). Center is 30 mins away with metro. Public Areas/Reception Staff 2/5: Reception staff was really friendly and helpful.... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in early September and have mixed feelings. For the price, the small room served its purpose, as a place to sleep and get ready in the morning. The room was tidy and clean, hot on the top floor (where we stayed) but with the window open, the heat wasn't unbearable. The front desk staff... More

We booked this last minute so were stuck between very expensive and very cheap. It was clean, tidy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I got to park my car for a low(ish) price. The area isn't exactly picturesque, but it's close to a metro stop, the boulangerie round the corner is open 24 hrs and sells delicious pastries,... More

So as a birthday treat my boyfriend paid for us to go to Paris. This hotel is beautiful! Very clean, comfortable beds, the food was nice. Enjoyed chilling in the sauna facilities. Yes the area does not do the hotel justice however it is close to the metro line to take you to the centre of Paris. I was a... More

Firstly, we have to say the staff were lovely and very helpful! However...the area is quite dodgy and as we walked to and from the hotel there were pervy men outside bars hassling my 14 year old daughter which was quite intimidating. The room itself SEEMED OK, basic but OK. The room was very hot so we had to have... More

I think having read the other reviews before and after I went that some people expect too much. This is a budget hotel, not the Ritz Carlton or 5+ star hotel. The room my girlfriend and I had was clean and tidy, and big enough for a bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom, which is what we needed. We had... More

We went by taxi to the hotel from Gare du Nord - HUGE mistake that cost us 30 euros, we soon learned where the metro was and it was very handy for all trips around Paris from there on. The room was small and basic and the bathroom ridiculously small but we were only there for two nights so it... More

I have had my fair share of staying in hostels and hotels all over Europe. It takes a lot for me to say this, but this place was disgusting and overpriced. The rooms felt dirty, poor wifi in room and the location is in a sketchy area. While I was waiting to check in my room, I had a coffee... More
