Firstly, we have to say the staff were lovely and very helpful! However...the area is quite dodgy and as we walked to and from the hotel there were pervy men outside bars hassling my 14 year old daughter which was quite intimidating. The room itself SEEMED OK, basic but OK. The room was very hot so we had to have... More

Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for your stay at our property and I am very disappointed to read about the troubles you experienced during your holiday. You stayed in a triple room from the 05th to the 07th of august and you posted your review two days after your departure. We take your claim very seriously since... More

I think having read the other reviews before and after I went that some people expect too much. This is a budget hotel, not the Ritz Carlton or 5+ star hotel. The room my girlfriend and I had was clean and tidy, and big enough for a bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom, which is what we needed. We had... More

We went by taxi to the hotel from Gare du Nord - HUGE mistake that cost us 30 euros, we soon learned where the metro was and it was very handy for all trips around Paris from there on. The room was small and basic and the bathroom ridiculously small but we were only there for two nights so it... More

I have had my fair share of staying in hostels and hotels all over Europe. It takes a lot for me to say this, but this place was disgusting and overpriced. The rooms felt dirty, poor wifi in room and the location is in a sketchy area. While I was waiting to check in my room, I had a coffee... More

Stayed in for our 1st anniversary which just happened to fall on Valentines weekend. Rooms were comfortable but basic but it was listed as a hostel so were weren't expecting five star. Staff very pleasant and extremely accommodating. Only breakfast available here and was plentiful but many good restaurants in the area which they will give you a map for.... More

spent two nights here over the weekend, staff were friendly and helpful which was a real bonus to this hotel. It was a 2 minute walk from the tubeline and easy to find however the hotel was very basic, on the booking from lastminute.com it stated it was modern - It needs a lot of updating to make modern however... We stayed in a triple room. It was small and basic but clean and quiet. The man at reception was very helpful. The metro stop is only minutes away. We used to grab breakfast in the bakery across the road before catching the metro to Paris.

Just returned from this hotel with my boyfriend yesterday... The staff were so friendly and always helped you with where to go and what to do, drawing out on the map etc for you thanks to the staff we enjoyed staying in this hotel. Hotel is about 2 mins from underground making it easy to explore paris but in saying... More

The hotel came up as one of the options with a Eurostar package. The room was compact, but clean, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The staff were available 24 hours and were friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast was available with enough of a selection to get you going for a day's touristing.... More
