This Mercure hotel does not match Mercure's standards. I've slept in Mercure many times but this one has the firmest mattress ever; it was like sleeping on the floor. Beside that, the room was clean, reasonably big and the AC worked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast really nice. Very close to the exhibition park - 13... More

Spent 4 nights here with my best friend as we travelled to Paris for the first time. We are American and the staff spoke English, which was a relief. We booked our trip as a package and had put we wanted two double beds but were given 1 queen bed. Not the end of the world but not what we... More

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in this hotel. Very clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choice and very nice English-speaking staff. Close to Metro stations and lots of nice mid-priced restaurants nearby. Very quiet area.

I hate staying in pokey little Parisian rooms so it was a relief to find this hotel. Decent sized modern room in a clean and modern hotel. Pleasant staff and a great experience. The hotel is mid way between two Metro stations which are both about 100 metres away so you are about 15 minutes from the Champs Élysées and... More

This is a well maintained hotel, and if you combine the price you pay with the amenities offered for the usual going rate in Paris... you will be pleased. The room was tiny, but clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with some organic choices. Staff are relatively friendly and helpful. Again, if you go in with reasonable expectations... This Mercure has all the usual characteristics of Mercure hotels: good free wi-fi connection, clean and functional rooms, professional and friendly staff so it is a good choice if you need to be in this area of Paris. The reason it doesn't deserve four stars from me is the very bad noise insulation in the rooms: I was on the... More

It's 40 mins away from the CDG airport by metro. Nearest metro station is convention and bouccicut. It's better if the hotel is close to Eiffel Tower coz all the attractions are closer to it. If you opt this hotel it has neat and clean room.

I was in Paris during quite a busy time which made it difficult to find a good place to stay. This hotel was pretty expensive for what it was.
