Location is very close to metro station (Montparnasse Bienvenue). Hotel will be renovated starting July 2009, hotel is very tired. Rooms are small but clean. There is a lot of noise coming from the street into the rooms. I would rate this as a 2* hotel, maybe the renovation will make it a 3* again. more

A good location for metro and Paris Montparnasse mail-line train station. But the metro rattles through you even up on the 5th floor. It must run right below the hotel. On a road with little bars, restaurants, shopping etc. Rooms very small. On a very busy road. Thought at over €100 per night no breakfast was quite a lot. more

The night concierge was extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
