Checked in on my birthday, I had made a request approx 6mths before asking via email if we could if possible have a room with a view of the Eiffel tower. Did not hold out much hope and sure enough got no view, however I was if I'm honest disappointed that nobody even made any small gesture such as leaving... More

We have just got back from a fabulous few days staying at this hotel. We had a privilege room with a few of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel room was on the small side but had everything we needed, including incredibly comfortable beds, bathrobe and slippers and free soft drinks from the mini bar. We ate breakfast in the hotel... More

excellent location, great breakfast, the rooms are small, like you're on a cruise, but are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, a magnificent hotel minutes from the Eiffel Tower. I recommend this hotel 100%

When you stay at a Mercure you shouldn't expect top of the line.. honestly.. the same group has nicer hotels for different budgets… its not realistic to expect "6 Stars" when you are paying a fair price… location is amazing, and that is what you are paying for in this hotel.. rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was... Ok so the location is fab, especially for the tours (highly recommend the segway tour and easy pass skip the line eiffel tower tour). However, the hotel is very average. We paid for the nicer rooms at the top levels (we were in room 1011), but it was still very small...i guess thats ok, it is Paris. However, what wasnt... More

My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon, we stayed 9 nights. Upon arrival at the hotel a little after 3pm (check-in is at 3pm), we were told our room was not ready yet and the staff was very apologetic. We sat in the waiting area with the couches for about 10 mins when we were told a... More

The hotel is very modern and attractive, but the key is location. Stepping outside to see the Eiffel Tower two blocks away is priceless. Staff was helpful if not warm, breakfasts were good, wifi was the best we had in Europe, rooms were fine, but small, could not be comfortable with more than two people. Very close to metro and... Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, location was great - we could even see the Eifel Tower from the front of the hotel and watched the night show every night. The hop-on hop-off bus stopped about 200m walk away, the Siene River was a very short walk away and the staff were friendly.
