Apart from the breakfast which we were very disappointed by especially the dreadful coffee and narrow selection we loved everything about our one night stay. The room and bathroom were excellent and there was a small very friendly bar especially good if you liked watching sports tv channels. The location very near Eiffel tower and river boats and trocadero and... More

I just stayed 3 nights in Paris @ this hotel. I am single over 60. It is next door to THE PULLMAN HOTEL which is quite expensive upscale hotel. I did Globus tour & this was their choosen location ( u never know what kind of hotel Globus will give you). I was concerned that the location was bad too... More

We are really enjoying our stay in France, and it is enhanced by where we are staying. Our rooms are beautiful (and larger than I expected) and very centrally located. It is easy to get to the Seine and the metro for transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - very close to Eiffel Tower, as well as to metro M6, and RER C stations. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice, big room. Free, efficient WiFi in the room. Very good breakfast. Price not very low, but for the bussiness trip the cost-effectiveness ratio is absolutely positive. I warmly recommend this hotel.

I booked a room as I wanted additional time in Paris to visit museums and some other places, before joining a tour group. The Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel is within walking distance to the C line of the RER, which I used to visit the Musée d'Orsay (you can purchase a Metro pass online). Also within walking distance to... More

Dear Kathleen I’m very glad to read you enjoyed your stay in our hotel and your visit of Paris ! Indeed, in most of European hotels the room key is placed in a reader to activate electrical system. It is mainly in a sustainable way because when the guest leaves his room, automatically the light, TV, etc, are in OFF... More

However when I got back hotel, the staff helped with every possible thing they could do and provided all convenience for me to get my return flight ready. I still remember the staffs' names are Mathilde and Chloe,... More

My family of 5, children 19, 11 and 6 stayed at the Mercure Paris Hotel for two nights. December 18-19 2014. We had two rooms that were not adjoining but they were side by side so we made the best of it. I must say the hotel met with all our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a... I think the hotel was an ideal place to be located as it was within 2 blocks of the Eiffel Tower and the area was inundated with restaurants and shops catering to the tourist. It was very close to the RER and METRO to get around Paris with ease. The room and breakfast were very good. The only negative thing... More
