The Mercure is literally cross the street from the DuPleix subway station on line 6. The hotel was a bit tired and needs some work for its price point. The staff did not speak English well, only French, making communication difficult. Cleaning and Housekeeping staff did not speak English at all and communication was rude. I would not recommend it to other travellers, especially those who would be interested in being close to UNESCO. More

Overall very good for centre of Paris. Decent size hotel room for Paris. Staff very helpful and friendly.
