I stayed at this hotel last week whilst I was on business in Paris. It is on a little back street so as a woman travelling alone and one who's not overly familiar with Paris, it was a little disconcerting on arrival, particularly as it was dark and the taxi driver dropped me at, what I now know is, the... We stayed there 4 nights. The room is small but clean. The hotel is (in my opinion) in a bad region. You don't feel very safe there. The staff was okay. At the breakfast we asked something in English and got answers in French... But I guess this because of their mentality. Anyway. Overall the hotel is very good. Not... More

I was here last january and felt pampered indeed. Breakfast has been first class: fresh juice, fresh fruit salad, nespresso machine, at least 2 sorts of bread, croissants, etc. I was back in november 2014 and was dumbfounded to find everything has been victim to a rigid austerity measures. No fresh juice anymore, no nespresso machine(coffee served out of thermos... More

We knew it was gonna be tight. But we at least expected our room to be ready when we arrived. After that got sorted we were fine. It's quite central and close to some nice restaurants and shops. The lift is minute - one person with luggage at a time! WiFi was okay, not great. Breakfast is light, not more... More

Had a great stay here recently. We arrived in Paris on Eurostar at Gare du Nord and the hotel is an easy 10-15 minute flat walk from the station, or you can jump on the Metro for a couple of stops to Faubourg-Saint-Denis. We arrived much too early for check-in time so they locked our bags in the luggage room... More

I wanted to share my experience as I think this is a fantastic hotel. I was meant to stay over a year ago but the hotel were extremely understanding, generous and accomodating in allowing me to re-arrange. The staff are charming and very different from your usual Parisien hotelier. They couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable... More

Having just returned from a 4 night stay with my partner all I can say is this hotel exceeded all expectations. We originally booked it at the last minute and where happy with what we got when looking at other reviews on TripAdvisor, but, when we arrived we where delighted to see how accurate the positive reviews where. We arrived... More

I am ambivalent about this hotel. We booked this hotel because we have been very lucky using Best Western sites in Europe. Our cost was 765 Euro for 5 nights for what was touted as an "executive room" (larger than standard). The room was only a few steps down and to the left of the check-in desk. It was a... More

This is a mixed review; the hotel itself is a nice accommodation in with pleasantly designed rooms, good Wi-Fi, very nice breakfast in the basement and extremely helpful staff who were able to offer suggestions and guidance on places to see and eat. HOWEVER... The hotel is an alleyway which itself seems reasonably safe but the one block long distance... More

However, we wish to inform you that we are not responsible for the attacks that might occur outside our hotel, several hundred meters from our street ... Therefore, the note you... More

Having had a recent superb stay in a Best Western in Edinburgh, an unplanned trip to Paris for a couple of nights led us to this hotel. Nestled in a pedestrian zone between Faubourg St Martin and Boulevard de Strasbourg it's an interesting area, as mentioned by previous reviewers, but at no stage did we feel unsafe. A bit of...
