Ok the reality is that this is a budget hotel , and yes the rooms are somewhat dated However , the price for 3 nights was £175 . We were on the doorstep parc de villette where we were seeing a concert so was perfect. The rooms are very clean if a little old fashioned and we were more than... More

We spend 5 nights in this hotel in september 2014. The room was small, as expected, but that was mot a real problem. The staff were very helpful and kind. I liked the location of the hotel, we walked through non-touristic neighborhood with good local restaurants. The supermarket and bakery nearby were good for getting snacks. Good access to 2... More

I really would not associate this hotel with the Accor chain. Horrible outdated rooms with no facilities, very hot and unbearable rooms, no soap, shampoo or cream in bathrooms - just all in one tube for everything. Staff not helpful.

The strategy for companies whom organize excurtions or organized travels for tourist at affordable prices is to locate you at the edge of the cities (Paris in this case) ,but in a nice área close to a metrobus, underground or train station in order to be in downtown área in 15 or 20 minutes, I mean Eiffel tower, Louvre museum,... This a no frills hotel, its only purpose is to give you a clean, comfortable place to sleep in a beautiful surrounding. The rooms are small so as to hold a bed and a study table and that is about it. Staff is helpful and friendly. The construction of the building is old and is obvious upon inspection but well maintained.... More

We stayed here overnight on our way from CDG Airport to Gare de Lyon via Gare Du Nord. I can recommend the hotel. We found the bedroom clean, quiet and well ventilated. we found a café close by for an evening snack and the canal area is worth the 200yards walk to see the evening scene there. My only caveat... Let's face it- hotel prices are ridiculous in Paris so finding a business hotel (of a large chain) for under 150€ is a real bargain! I paid 130€ /night for a room with a queen sized bed, which was more on the small size but OK. Everything is clean and there is SAT Tv with English, German, Spanish and Portuguese... More

I am writing this review for the benefit of travellers from North America. We paid CAD$140/night per room at this hotel and will say this for sure: please do not stay here if you could help it. We have travelled many cities, countries and stayed at hotels, B&Bs, vacation rental by owners etc.. We know what to expect when on... More
