We traveled to Paris on a group trip with a study abroad program sponsored by the University of Georgia. We stayed at this property twice separately, as we also traveled into Normandy. It was an garden and agriculture type tour for UGA Alums. We stayed extra nights in Paris, both on the front end and back ends.. The Novotel was... More

Prior to my reservation at this hotel in France, I fractured my ankle. Upon arrival, in May, 2014, there was no wheelchair available. The registrar offered to carry me to my room with the assistance of a colleague. Imagine! I requested the luggage cart and was informed that it was for luggage. I insisted that we try and he eventually... More

We stayed at this Novotel and were very pleased with the service and the room. The room was large for Paris and well serviced and the free wifi worked well. All of our enquiries were handled pleasantly and we were provided with good information. The metro station is only a short distance away and there a number of good restaurants... More

The hotel is slightly away from central paris. It is 30 mins on a direct line from gare du nord, 15 euro taxi ride from eiffel tower and 3 metro stops away from the open top bus route - so quite convenient for me. Although it is on a big ring road, it is very quiet and with easy pedestrian... More

Of course when booking a Novotel you accept a certain unimaginative appeal with fairly bland service and just okay amenities, but this one seems slightly more dull than usual. Service was profession yet clumsy, such as access cards not being properly registered. The rooms are clean as expected but the 3 person room was actually a 2 person one with... More

I stayed at Novotel for 5 nights. The positive parts were front desk service, clean room, breakfast. Some opportunities to improve: the pillows are awful, the shower with plastic hose. If you stay longer than 2 nights: lack of fitness center, menu options limited at restaurant. For tourists: good location, fair price and clean room. Wifi free but not the... More

This hotel is reasonably priced and, although not in the center of Paris, you can travel to the center and most main attractions within 15 minutes from the nearby Metro station. The bar area is very small and the lobby is wide open and congested at times. The buffet breakfast is very good, but can get crowded between 7:30 -... More

Stayed in the Novotel for 2 nights, rooms were spacious and clean with good quality air conditioning. Hotel very quiet at night despite being situated on a very busy road. Didn't eat at hotel as plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes a short ride away on the metro, found some lovely restaurants, bars in vavin which is about 3 stops on... More

Stayed here on a business trip for two nights in May 2014. I checked into the hotel late on a Sunday evening - was really hungry but couldn't get anything to eat other than a sandwich after 10:30pm. Apart from that the rooms are great, staff quite friendly and the location is great.

Dear Sir, I would like to thank you for your commentary. Actually, In Novotel brand, the restaurant is opened till 10.30, after we can offer you a small menu with sandwishes, soap and salad. I hope that despite that inconvenient, we will welcome you in our hotel. Best regards Stéphane Tison General manager More
