This small hotel is near Pigal metro station. The area is not the best but it is only about 10 minutes walk from the famous Gallerie Lafayette and the Opera of Paris. The staff, however, was very polite, friendly and helpful. They gave us all the necessary information about the metro and the things we wanted to visit in Paris.

All in all, this hotel should be avoided. In the middle of summer, not having air conditioning meant a stuffy and sweaty night. The solution could have been to open the window, but the noise from the road makes that an even bigger problem. The room itself was exceptionally tiny and the bed absolutely rock hard (and one of those... More

This hotel is ideally located for the Moulin Rouge and lively night life but the rooms are small with no mod cons. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel does not warrant the given 3 star rating.

Central to everything worth seeing in Nord Paris. Fantastic staff, lovely breakfasts, warm as toast/quiet room and incredibly helpful reception attendees..what more can one say. I can say more it seems..went to the bars and eateries around Pigalle, met fantastic locals and foreigners and enjoyed the entire experience this hotel and its vicinity accommodated us for. This hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and within walking distance from the hop on hop off bus stop in the Opera area. Reasonable rates, friendly staff. Small rooms, but maybe that is the norm :) Adequate. Did not like the fact that they charge for the room safe (where we kept our passports and valuables). Good... More

It's not on the Boulevard de Clichy but it is Pigalle so expect to see a lot of activity. The Moulin Rouge & Pigalle Metro is up the street a few blocks. Great location & anywhere you turn is a good bistro, cafe, creperie, market, pub, etc. The rooms are in need of updating but are still comfortable & quiet... More

closed to metro, we enjoy our stay here. Was amazed with the body shampoo, shampoo is using Lo'cittance. Perhaps the room is small. the weird thing is we have to leave the key at the reception as we do not think it is safe.

Not too bad. Nice helpful staff. Some of the bedding covers had cigarette burn holes in them. Free wifi was good. Location not too bad. Lots of brothels up up the road if you get bored. You do need to leave your key card at reception if you go out which I thought was odd, but at least you won't... More

We had three nigths in this good centrally but peacefull located hotel - in walking distance from Molin Rouge, Pigalle, Monmartre and Sacre Cour. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was fine. The breakfast was fresh and simple. A good stay for the Money. We missed a refrigerator in the room and a possibility to buy a... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
