My wife and I stayed here for six nights based on a recommendation from a friend at work. We both really enjoyed our stay and will return when we visit Paris next. The hotel was very close to the metro and you can purchase tickets in the lobby, among other must have items like the Paris museums pass which is... More

The hotel is very conveniently situated near Gare du Nord station and Cadet metro station is right across the street from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the problems with our stay started before we had even arrived. When I booked the hotel I realised that I had made a mistake with the... More

Dear Madam, We have taken good note of your comments on both tripadvisor and our website concerning a problem that happened when you made the booking. As you explained clearly, it was an honest mistake on your part that you intended to correct by sending us an email as soon as you noticed it. We also feel that, apart from... More

It is a nice warm place . the hotel is located on a side street with almost no vehicles crossing it. The location is very near to the Opera building, very close to the PAris Nord and Paris Est railways stations. And 10 minutes walking distance to the Galleris Lafayet and Pumpins which a very nice and huge places were... More

Visited Paris 4 years & we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Trocadero . That was the worst hotel we've ever been to . We were not expecting too much this time cause after all this is Paris . We were thinking only a 5 star hotel in Paris can give you the comfort & hospitality you deserve if... More

The staff was excellent! They spoke English, were helpful, pleasant and brekfast was very good. The location is quaint, but great access to the subway and taxis. Everything was within walking distance.... walked from Hotel to Gare Du Nord without issue when it was time to leave.

Simple, basic hotel Didn't check any of the amenities, but the rooms were clean, fair in size Nothing spoiling or breathtaking in the design and furniture Mattress was too soft for me, felt a bit worn out Not sure of the exact price, but to catch a nap, it is a fair option To spoil over a romantic vacation -... Lovely little hotel with everything you need for a comfy stay. Helpful staff and easy walk to Montmartre. Metro close by. Room a bit small but functional and bed comfy. We enjoyed just hanging around the local area watching locals going about their everyday business. Crepes served at breakfast were fabulous as was the rest of the breakfast spread. Same... More

We stayed there for 1 night, a party of 5, one family with 2 small children plus a grandparent. We stayed in a family room and the adjacent single room. Both rooms were facing the atrium, it was very quiet. The reception staff was very helpful, breakfast good, convenient location to the metro and Gare du Nord. One small complaint... More

Can only repeat what past reviewers have said re this Hotel. Great Location, opposite Metro and all major attractions are either a few stops away or walking distance. We walked to Sacre Coeur and Montmatre from the hotel. We had great advice from all the receptionists, 3 really nice guys who couldn't have been more helpful or do enough for... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
