Just a hop away from Cadet Metro Station, this hotel is a delight to stay at. The rooms are big and well lit and comfy and airy. The staff is also pretty courteous. Hotel has a nice feel to it. The lane which it is in is bustling with a variety of local shops like chinese food, indian food etc.... More

With 2 kids, age 9. A central hotel for visiting Paris city. Easy access, rooms more than ok, breakfast ok, we had a room to the street but no disturbence. Facilities as shown by the pictures on the internett. But the best thing was the staff, really service minded. Well use this hotell the next time in Paris.

Our travel agent had booked us here, and hearing of the attitude and arrogance of some Frence service providers had us wondering what the Hotel would be like. The Opera Cadet is a 1500 metre walk from the Eurostar railway station, and about the same distance from the Louvre. The river boats are just past this, and a Metro is... More

My family and I stayed here during the week of Aug. 9th. I highly recommend this hotel and whenever I return to Paris, this location will be a strong contender. About the location. Perfect. It’s located on a small street surrounded by many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, stores you can find. There is no shortage of things to eat or places... More

Husband and I stayed here very recently (we are from New York) and were quite satisfied. Room was small but very clean and nice breakfast served every morning. Front desk staff very helpful when asking for directions, etc. Location steps away from Metro station which helped a great deal and an ATM next to the Metro station. Hotel has A/C,... More

Located on a small street, a stone throw from cadet station and a short walk from Grand Boulevards station is the opera cadet hotel. First impressions are of a small, well presented clean hotel. We stayed in a normal room, which was pretty compact but to be expected of Paris. Free unlimited wifi available. The room itself was neat and... More

This hotel is situated close to the Metro. Although the quad room we had was very small it was comfortable and faced the courtyard. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Linen and towels were changed daily. There are restaurants close by and 1/2 hour walk to Louvre.

The hotel was spotless with room to accommodate our family of four (2 teens). The breakfast was a plus, served in a traditional dining room area, outside, or in the conservatory. Yum on the crepes! The location was near the metro, restaurants, and some shopping. The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and multilingual which helped with our "un peu" knowledge... More

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. Loved the courtyard area, a place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The location was a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and only a short walk from the Gare du Nord. The rooms were

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
