When entering the hotel we were greeted very politely and told everything we needed to know at the time. The main lift was really small(eventhough it says it's for 3 people), we struggled to fit in with two adults and a suitcase. The room was very tidy and clean. The shower was again very small, not big enough to shower... More

We stayed here for a weekend and booked the hotel because it was a reputable name and an affordable price in an area we are familiar with. The rooms are quite a bit larger than I expected from an Ibis and were clean. The bathroom was functional but the shower did leak onto the floor. The rooms were quite warm... More

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to Le Trianon (theatre/venue) and it was really close. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, the price was right and it is also walking distance from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, perfect for what I needed

The location of the hotel is good from a tourist's point of view. The fact that it's 5 minutes walk from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur is very attractive. Also, two metro stations are close to the hotel, making it easy to commute to other major attractions of Paris. The hotel staff is polite and made our stay at the... More

Visited in October. Surprisingly small reception, but staff friendly enough if not particularly welcoming. Typical Ibis facilities, bed reasonably comfortable and room clean but quite small for a double. Biggest issue I had with this hotel was the location, it's not in a particularly nice neighbourhood and on the walk up from the Gare du Nord (which is notorious and... More

Me and my sister stayed here and loved it! It's a five minute walk from scare ceour and the way is lined with gift shops, the street does get kinda creepy at night so I wouldn't be out past 11, your also just a 5 minutes walk to a grocery store! Only concern was that the elevator is super small!!... More

I stayed here for a couple of days while sight seeing in Paris. I chose the hotel because of its location in Mont Marte. Mont Marte is the area of the city o the north based around the obvious hill, it is a bit more bohemian and alternative, even seedy in places. Staying I n Mont Marte you are not... More

I didn't have much expectations of this hotel after reading previous reviews but I must say my triple room was unexpectedly large. We had a big double bed and a single sofa bed. The room was spacious enough for three of us on the third floor. The tiny lift added to the adventure of visiting Paris esp for my two... More

Odd and ugly neighborhood, but 4 minutes from the subway station and a Carrefour that opens late. This is gotta be the worst Ibis I've ever stayed at, bathroom was falling to pieces, the elevator the size of a fridge, a corridor so narrow you could only drag your suitcase sideways. Tragic. That being said, staff was very friendly and... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
