. The rooms are so small you can't even fit in them.secondly the customer service inredibly rude. I got back to my room 10 minutes after check out so key didn't work. Went to customer service to get my key fixed so I can get my luggage they wanted to charge me 14 euros for extra hour. Then the desk... More

Two triple rooms for family of 6. Consisted of two tiny twin beds and a pull out twin sized couch. Not the friendliest at checkin and a little cramped. Room and washroom were quite spacious and clean. If traveling with children, be aware that age 12 and up are considered adult and charged extra $10 Euros. Good price for Paris.... More

I returned to Paris for a holiday after living there for 5 years. I forgot what I had left behind. Poor reception, didn't allow us to check in early. When I asked why the air conditioning wasn't working, they laughed at me and said the air conditioning isn't turned on. That's smart with 30 degrees out. Extremely expensive but reasonable... More

We stayed here for three nights on a leisure trip to Paris and, through no real fault of the hotel, sampled both rooms 505 and 506 which both have a pleasant modern design and looked newly decorated. These rooms are fairly utilitarian but of a good size, particularly by Paris standards and are light and airy with large fully opening... More

We made the Ibis Sacre Coeur our base for our time in Paris. Location was good for transport including the open top bus which was a leisurely way to get to and from Sacre Coeur and see Paris at the same time. The room was comfortable and the fit-out has been tastefully done under many restrictions on space availability. The... More

A no frills hotel very handy to Montmartre and Gare du Nord and a 5 min walk to Pigalle metro station. Rooms are tiny (smallest shower I've ever been in - I'm an average sized woman and could barely turn around in mine) spartan and a bit worn - but relatively clean with a comfortable bed. Despite being on a... More

Our room (608) was located at the inner courtyard, so the busy traffic at the Avenue Rochechouart did not keep us awake. The room was quite small, the shower booth really small to be honest, but everything was new and clean. Excellent beds. There is only 1 elevator, in which we barely fit ( 2 persons with luggage). The location... More

Potato Pete: We stayed here on the weekend of the Paris Marathon. It was easy to find, between Anvers and Pigalle metro stations, although we walked from the Gare du Nord after arriving via Eurostar, which was manageable, even with a couple of bags. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Donovan, who helped us with loads of different queries. We... More

My daughter and I chose this hotel as a base for a 4 day break to Paris and we were not disappointed. Central location in the Montmatre area but away from the sleazy part. Very clean and comfortable room despite being on the small side but this is not unusual for Paris hotels. Nice room with a balcony enabling to... More

Stayed for one night in March 2014. We were given a room next to the lift, but it didn't disturb us at all! Room was perhaps a little on the small side, but as an ibis room it's a carbon copy of all other ibis hotels and was fine for our stay. It is well placed for Sacre Coeur and... More
