The hotel is in an exquisite location at the bottom of Montmartre. Our living and bedroom (room 414) each had a balcony overlooking the historic cemetery. The street is VERY quiet, no noise from traffic or drunken revellers. Cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants abound, many meant for tourists but locals eat here also. The Moulin Rouge is the next street... more

The location is second to none; on the cemetery side of Rue D'Abyesse in Montmartre. However, I paid EUR 150 per night for four nights, and the room didn't even have a bed! I had to sleep on a fold-out couch, on worn out thin sheets and prison-style blankets. Other highlights: - There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only ethernet.... more

Great location! Next door to Montmartre Cemetary. In a quiet sidestreet that opens onto a main road. Close to 2 Metro stations - Blanche and Place de Clichy. If you're cooking your own food, there's a Monoprix supermarket next to the Blanche metro. If you're dining out, there are a few Bistros on the street, and many more eating places... more

I spent a little over two weeks here during May 2007 while studying at ISC and learning about the French business culture. The hotel was absolutely spotless, and definitely fulfilled my need for a 'home' while studying abroad. My friend and I shared a room, which had a rather small feel to it, but served its purpose. We did not... more

It was a good place to stay. It was clean. They only clean the rooms once per week, so you just ask the desk for fresh towels. A small kitchenette which was handy. It is just around the corner from Moulin Rouge and next to the cemetary which sounds like a poor location, but it really wasn't. The staff was... more

I stayed here with my parents for a few nights. We had a one bedroom apartment - my parents took took the bedroom and I took the fold out bed in the lounge room. The place was very clean and located on a little street in monmatre next to a beatiful little park. I always like staying in monmarte as... more

On paper, this is a great hotel for an extended stay in Paris: It's just steps from the winding streets of Montmartre, it offers suites with kitchenettes, and it offers free broadband in every room. A visit to the hotel's website notes also notes its "business corner" and "WiFi zone." In other words, it should be a great place to... more

This Citadines Montmarte is not a bad place to stay. I had just a studio apartment and it was fairly small. Reception were very friendly, however I did note that even though I mentioned that there was a leaking toilet twice it was never fixed in the time I was there. The location is very good but it is also... more

This apart'hotel is a great place to stay for a visit to the Moulin Rouge. Our suite was spacious, clean and well equipped, with french windows leading out to a furnished terrace, with a walled garden beyond. The suites have a small kitchen - microwave, toaster, fridge, hotplates and a dishwasher. While there is breakfast available, we ate out during... more

We arrived at 1 o'clock in the afternoon to be greeted by friendly, courteous and helpfull reception staff. Check-in was swift and efficient. Our 1 bedroomed appartment was spacious, modern and clean and fulfilled our needs and as we were on the ground floor we had access to our own little garden which is walled in, private and secure. The... more
