I stayed at this Mercure hotel because it was very close to the venue (Cite de la Mode et du Design) where I had to attend an event. The staff were formal and polite; and when I requested a change of room (the first room I was offered was right in front of the lift) - they allowed me to... More

Good location near metro. By night a bit creepy. Front desk just manage you to room not attending to questions realy. Room was nice and street site a bit noisy and WiFi very poor nearly off! Lights a bit unusal in switching. Bath with minimum tools! Breakfast too expensive so i prefer a bakery in metro For short business trip... More

Very welcoming staff who spoke good English! Lovely modern reception with a computer for guests to use free of charge, it was great for when we had to print out our flight tickets! The room was a good size with a large bath and shower. The bed was made daily and fresh towels provided along with coffee sachets and tea... More

This is a Mercure. Any experienced traveller will know that means it's a mid-priced hotel for business people and tourists (I was one of the former during my stay). All perfectly OK but the bed was not as comfortable as other Mercures (or Holiday Inns, for that matter) I've stayed in and, rather annoyingly, there was an electrical unit of... More

This hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing in Paris. I would never have thought of it as it isn't slap bang in the centre but the metro train station is exactly opposite and makes getting around very easy. Usually hotels in Paris (unless you have loads of dosh)only have tiny bedrooms but this was comparitively large and clean and comfortable,... More

As you said , the localisation of the hotel is very efficient. You can join the city center in a few minutes with subway just in front of the hotel. We are happy to have made your stay wonderful and we will be glad to welcome you for your next stay. Best regards More

Pros: The room itself is very good, clean and good size. There is a mini bar and safe box. The hotel is right in front of a metro station, so it's very convenient. The street is busy but the rooms are totally silent. There is a computer and printer available for use of the guests, free of charge. Wifi working... More

Conveniently situated for rail links and the metro, this hotel was chosen by our Tour Operator for an overnight stay en-route to Italy. The freshly decorated rooms were clean, functional with the beds / linen being particularly fine. Lighting was good and the furniture functional and smart. Being opposite a Metro station, easy transportation was possible to Parisian tourist areas.... More

The hotel is comfortable and pretty convenient for travelling around the city. The metro station right opposite is on line 6. The staff were, on the whole, pretty helpful with any requests for info, storing bags on leaving day etc. One or two of the evening staff were a bit more grumpy, though. Single rooms are small with a comfortable... More
