Hotel is well situated right across from a metro train station and there are several nice restaurants nearby. The rooms (we had two) were small but comfortable and very clean, had everything we needed. The free breakfast was the best, they offered everything you could want and it all tasted great! I can't compliment the staff enough, they were all... More

The staff were very friendly, all areas of the hotel were clean. Bathrooms spotless. Having said that, there was the touch of a corporate vibe in the decorations and they weren't particularly chic. Nevertheless well maintained. The room wasn't huge but big enough if you plan to spend your days out of the room and just want to come back... More

This hotel had everything and a lot quieter than other areas. Great connection to the metro, a lot of nice restaurants, the train station is nearby, and our stay was excellent all way through. We stayed in many mercure hotels through out the years so overall great chain of hotels and would recommend any of then anywhere in the world.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights in June to do some sight seeing. The best part about this hotel was the location. Literally across the street from Quai de La Gare station and many of the city's attractions are only a short subway ride away (20 mins or less). The metro by the way is very easy... More

We were transferred here from Mercure du Nord La Fayette which was overbooked. My initial alarm at the location was allayed by the presence of the metro station Quai de La gare in front of it. We were going to London on the Eurostar after 3 nites in Paris and need to be near Gare du Nord. To cut a... More

Stay from 19/06/2015 to 22/06/2015 (3 nights). As for the NOVOTEL Gare de Lyon, we wanted to test this hotel since a long time due to positive reviews. As we are a family of 3, it’s always difficult to get suitable rooms in MERCURE hotels (NOVOTEL are more suited to families). However this time we got the junior suite #704... More

Myself and two teenagers stayed in this hotel for a long weekend break. A non-smoking room with three single beds. Although the rooms are'nt large and could do with a bit more storage space, the location and lovely staff well outweigh this. As did the buffet breakfast. Very well situated for Seine, Botabus, trip to Euro Disney, all the sights... More

It is located next to Paris Metro station quai de la are on line 6. The same metro line goes to Eiffel tower and montparnasse tower as well. We had to change 1 connection for Disneyland Paris. The hotel is 4 star property with very courteous staff and decent american breakfast. The check-in and checkout was fast. They gave us... More
