The staff of the hotel shines by its kindness and helpfulness. I slept in a privilege room that was spotless and very spacious. The bathroom was also very clean and the amenities are perfect.Another plus is the location of the hotel. Just next to Bercy with a 24/7 reception, this is a perfect place to sleep after a concert as... More

This is definitely not a romantic hotel in a romantic neighborhood of Paris. It is your basic Mercure with very friendly service, very clean ( although quite small ) rooms and free Wifi. It is 5 mins walk to the Palais de Bercy where I was attending a concert and that was the only reason why I picked this location.... More

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveller. I was en route to Nice and needed relatively easy access to the Gare de Lyon. This presented as a good value option. My room was small but fitted out to a good standard and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing between rooms/ the corridors isn't great,... More

I stayed in this Mercure hotel for a business trip that required me to stay close to the Gare d'Austerlitz. I found this to be quite a nice hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the beds, the WiFi was of excellent quality during my stay and the breakfast buffet, though pricey, was of great quality,... More

Stayed here several times through 2014 and 2015 and deserves a review as Service is amazing - staff are always friendly and accommodating and made you feel personalised rather than just another customer. All the rooms are fine with the Privilege rooms clearly the ones to go for. Cant fault the hotel at any level and it is only through... More

The hotel is nice and clean. The metro is conveniently across the street. And there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. But the neighborhood shuts down at night. If attending business only for a day near the hotel, it is fine. But if you are also wanting to experience Paris, I would pick a different location.

A early start so we had a 6 30 tasty Breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and clean and convenient to the station. It served its purpose as an adequate hotel for a quick visit with very friendly helpful staff . It felt safe but not a great outlook.

Easy check in and a clean decent sized room for Paris. Its opposite quai de la gare metro station on line 6 in a quiet area. Its about 30 minutes walk to Notre Dame along the seine which is quite enjoyable in the evening with people socialising and dancing.
