This small Mercure hotel is located opposite Metro station Quai de la Gare and ten minutes walk from Gare d'Austerlitz, which is why I selected it, needing to catch a train to Orleans next morning. First impressions were not good as the hotel is shrouded with scaffolding at present with renovations proceeding. My single room on the third floor was... More

I was here for a few nights in october 2013 and although the area has little charm the hotel faces a metro on the ligne 6, which makes it very practical for geting to most places in the city. The hotel itself is clean, the service is good and the rooms ok. The front gives on to a fairly busy... More

Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. Staff helpful. Good all round experience, breakfast choice was very good although a bit expensive, great for the Bercy stadium, which is what we were in Paris for, would stay here again.

Just had a wonderful time at the Mercure last week. We have chosen this hotel due to it's location as it's 400 meters away from our favourite terrace-club/restaurant, the "Wanderlust". We managed to get one of the privilege rooms on the sixth floor with a great view towards the Seine. The room was very modern and comfortable and we were... More

Rooms are clean but small and basic. Not really a 4 star, staff are professional and very helpful so we have no complaints but expect more from a four star facility. It would be nice to have an iron in our room, Our room faced the back street and was very quiet and the windows kept out the sound.

A decent hotel, right beside the metro although a bit far from everything but the room was clean. Other than the bed was two twin beds putting together which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall is a ok place to stay.

Location is good--right next to Metro stop, a great restaurant, and a very good bakery. But the hotel feels like it's due for a face-lift. Our electronic door actually stopped working at one point, and we had to spend half an hour with the staff getting access to our room.

The plusses: nice staff, clean furniture/room design, plentiful hot water, double windows to keep out noise/heat/dust/smoke, good shades, quite thick walls/floors so noise is cut down considerably in comparison with other hotels, decent WiFi (especially in lounge area), angled room feels bigger than it is, and you can get deals online for a mere $90/night. Though there is not a... More
