Kudos to the Hotel Daniel and Cecile its manager. My wife and I just spent a wonderful week in this gorgeous hotel in room 501, a stunning suite. The staff could not have been more pleasant. We stayed in room 403 a compact but not cramped twin bedded room although the beds were side by side this really was not an issue. The room was very quiet and beautifully decorated. The fabric wallpaper matching the curtains was exquisite. The furniture was also beautiful in an opulent way. It was all quintessentially French. The bathroom was gorgeous... More

We stayed at Hotel Daniel for two nights and ate in the restaurant one night with six of us. Positives are definitely the ambiance, it is a lovely hotel, cared for and small. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are very small but practical. To our - unpleasant- surprise the room temperature could only be set on heating... More

I found Hotel Daniel from an internet guide and loved the pictures and the neighbourhood at first sight. Now I can easily say I was not wrong at all. The hotel is small and cozy. The lobby area makes you feel like you are home. Rooms are just what you can expect from a small Parisien hotel. Everything you need... More

Excellent in every way; staff were most helpful; service was excellent; food was absolutely lovely. Hotel is charming and beautifully decorated; clean and extremely well located. We loved our stay and would happily return. We walked everywhere :) Only complaint was a leaking shower and poor wifi (not sure of reason as not tech savvy!); they could expand the room... More

A great hotel, full of character, with great service. There is something very cosy and at home about Hotel Daniel. Part of the Relais and Chateau group, the personal service is top notch, the rooms large, old fashioned in a way, with very individual style - no every room looks the same here. Not cheap, but we knew that in... More

The Afternoon tea at the Hotel Daniel was meant to be a lovely occasion for my husband's birthday. But sadly was marred. The setting was lovely. Comfortable and quirky it was like an old front room. We had 3 glorious days in Paris and stayed at the Hotel Daniel. I loved the elegance of the living room - small and gloriously "french" in its fabrics, colors and furniture. The décor in tha bar of Hotel Daniel is priceless and very tastefully done. The colors, the furniture, the drapery, all was of exquisite taste. The service in the bar was also excellent. Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th-century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
