Make no mistake this is a lovely hotel. The location is excellent, the staff are terrific, the lounge is small but stunning and the room was comfortable albeit a tad small. All in all you would never need to go anywhere else - if it were not for the cost. I came away thinking that it had been a very... More

I just returned from a 4 day stay at the Hotel Daniel and thought it was excellent. The hotel was incredibly cozy, elegant and a real oasis from the hectic city. Although on the small side, my room was very well kept and beautifully decorated, including a great bathroom. The concierge and entire staff were top notch and gave me... More

We spent 2 weeks in this boutique hotel, each in a different suite. The first suite had 2 small rooms, the dining area and a parlor. The second was one very large room (for Paris) complete with a long balcony that ran the length of the room. The decor is very 19th century with lots of heavy / opulent furniture,... More

The most French hotel I have ever stayed. Very charming and cozy, for those who have no problems with carpets, curtains, fabrics, colors. Great restaurant, very well done with the basics of French cuisine. The rooms and bathrooms are very very small - to open the closet you have to sit on the bed... which is also very french. Anyway,... More

Afternoon tea at Hotel Daniel was a wonderful way to spend my last day in Paris. It was conveniently located just off the Champs Elysees, and was a quiet haven from the busy crowds. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. The service was excellent, and the food (especially the sweets) were amazing. I would highly... More

I have just returned from Hotel Daniel after spending the night there whilst watching my husband and his friend finish the London to Paris bike ride. Upon arrival my friend and I were greeted by a very friendly hotel receptionist. who was very helpful It was a lovely small boutique (typically French) hotel in a great location. It was spotlessly... The Hotel Daniel is our new home in Paris. Great location. Wonderful rooms (suites recommend) and a fantastic small restaurant. Cecile Croisard the GM and her staff go out of their way to attend to everything you need. Small boutique hotel that does everything to perfection.

My wife and I just completed the most wonderful ten day stay in Paris. After much searching, I selected the Hotel Daniel; a member of Chateau and Estates. I'm always anxious when I select a new hotel. My expectations were met and exceeded at this beautiful boutique property. As we were staying ten days we wanted to have a suite... More

What a hidden gem - 2 blocks off Champs Élysées, but right in the middle of everything that makes the 8th Arrondissement so special. Everything about the hotel is smallish, from the rooms, to the lobby and the restaurant/bar. But, of so beautifully stylish and decorated, with great linens, toiletries, etc. The continental breakfast each morning could not have been... More

Daniel is a nice boutique hotel in Paris. The location is great, near Champs-Elisee; there is a metro station some blocks away. We stayed in a 6th-floor room. It was quite spatious for Paris standards, but it is not the standard room for the hotel. I suspect that their regular room would be quite small. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.... More
