Recently stayed at the Hotel Rochester in Paris. We had the pleasant surprise of an upgrade to a suite. It was beautiful The staff is very friendly and helpful. All spoke English. The bartender, Vincent, was very friendly and professional. The Hotel is in an ideal location just steps from the Metro. I will absolutely recommend it to my friends. more

I am a bit dismayed by all the great Trip Advisor reviews for this hotel. I just got back and for the most part wasn't impressed. We feared the worst as we walked down a narrow unttractive sidestreet from the Champs Elysees, wondering where the hotel was. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were nice sized. The only main issue was we got charged for some items from the mini-bar we didn't take... odd ... but the hotel did fix it after we asked more

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was well-appointed, clean and quiet. The hotel is only 1/2 a block from a Metro stop, and five minutes walk from the Champs-Elysees. Fantastic location! more

This hotel had a great location. Located only about two blocks off the Champs Elysees, you escape the noise, hustle and bustle of the crowds. Not overly difficult to get to by the metro either. The staff was very pleasant and always helpful. Our room was good size--much bigger than most Parisan hotel rooms--and the bathroom was large as well.... more
