I had a good deal, but saw on the website they have renovated and not renovated rooms. So I booked a superior room, was quite surprised when the room was old and ugly when I arrived. A junior colleague got a much better room (what we had booked), so the next day I was changed to a new room. They... more

We spent two nights in the hotel having stayed here previously. I was dreading it as had not enjoyed it two years earlier but had no choice as to where to stay. The superior room we had was a great improvement on the old fashioned room we had before as it was very stylish especially the black and white bathroom.... more

I spend 2 nights in this hotel. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was busy but understaff. Breakfast + Mini bar (non alcool beverage) + welcome drink and tea Time diner was included. Very good price value. Impossible to have a late check-out even you are a Best Western Member. more

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel on a Saturday while we were enjoying a weekend breakaway in Paris. We were given a deluxe room on the top floor where we could see the Eiffel Tower. The room was modern with nice décor with a grey theme. The bathroom was very nice and seems it has been renovated recently.... more

It has a sign that says 4 star on the outside. Needs a couple knocked off. Ok so we had a great view of the Eiffel tower and the room was large, but it was tired and needed decorating. If you want a decent room ask for a refurbished one at the back. They said they could offer parking, but... more

We booked a family suite. It had 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms. It was much more space than we needed but very welcome when you have 2 little kids. The hotel was clean and functional. Not luxurious but we did not expect that at the price we paid. The location is fantastic. Quiet street but very close to Arc... more

The rooms were spacious for european standards, the location was great---only a 5 minute walk from the champs elysees and about a 7 minute walk to the closest metro stop----st. phillipe de roule The complimentary breakfast we had was nice, mainly croissants/nutella/fruit room service was nice although they dont have soap/shampoo just a "hair and body gel" that didn't clean... more

The best thing about this hotel, first and foremost, is the location. I guess that is the only reason they can get away with charging what they do, as its pretty much a two star hotel by north american standards. It's in a very tourist friendly area, about a five minute walk from the Champs Elysee, ten minute walk to... more

This hotel was good - great for site seeing, everything is really close - and the hotel is in a nice and quiet spot. Front desk staff could have done a little bit more to make you feel welcome - every time we walked past the counter they were chatting to themselves or looking at the computer - not even... more
