The Hotel Claridge is a fantastic hotel one block away from the Champs Elysee and everything is walkable from here with cafe's , restaurants, shops and sightseeing everywhere. We were here for the Paris Marathon which starts at the Champs Elysee and finishes behind the ArcDe Triomph excellent for hobbling back to the hotel for a well deserved beer. none.... More

A gorgeous hotel located just off the Champs Elysees. Large, deluxe room was very deluxe - couldn't want for more French-inspired furniture and charm. Several floor to ceiling doors opened to a balcony overlooking other beautiful buildings. Bed was very comfortable. Daily room service was exceptional. Service was helpful and desk staff were always pleasant. The high-end shopping strip of... More

A brilliant location only 1 block back from the Champs Élysées. Lots of great restaurants very close. Room was delightful with doors opening to the street below. A smallish room but perfect for one person. Service at the main reception could be a little brusque depending on who was on, however would not hesitate staying here again.

Hotel Claridge is just off the Champs élysées and a 6 minute walk from the Franklin D Roosevelt metro stop ( across from the Disney store). Stayed here for the weekend of my birthday! A very clean and pretty hotel. Rooms are quite small but that's typical Paris! The hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever come across, they... More

The hotel was booked in August 2014 to celebrate a special birthday . I had communicated via email and had agreed on the superior rooms with breakfast and the you and me package. There was some discussion with reception as we did not initially receive this. Fortunately this matter was resolved and we celebrated! The hotel staff are pleasant and... More

The hotel is charming and the staff helpful. Our room was much bigger than we had expected, with a beautiful French window opening out. The bathroom was big as well and had its own window. The room was also very comfortable. However, there is one huge flaw with the hotel: the elevator stops between floors, which means that when you... More

I stayed in this property for 3 nights in January 2015 for business purposes and everything went perfectly well. Great staff, lovely buffet breakfast and excellent amenities. The location is just ideal for Business or Pleasure right in the heart of the 8th arrondissement and 3 mins walk to the Champs Elysees. I would recommend this property to my friends... More

We booked a Junior Suite and were extremely delighted with the spaciousness and cleanliness of it. On the fourth floor, we had a wonderful view of the Paris streets and were even able to sit out on the little balcony (and it's January!). This hotel was perfectly situated for the sight-seeing visits we wanted to make (less than 5 minutes... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
