This hotel isn't anything close to opulent. The photos do it better justice then it deserves. The rooms are all different, my first room: the toilet was blocked by the plastic corner shower (think motor home) and the wall supporting the bathtub. The King size bed was Not a legit king size bed- they are two twins pushed together with... More

The ppl at the front desk are not helpful, although we book to rooms as a family, the rooms were not close to each other. Even one of the employees wanted to put us each in a seperate floor. Very smart! We went to disney land during our vacation to france and when we were back to the same hotel,... More

A tired, dated hotel that could do with updating. Average breakfast and horrible coffee. Helpful staff at reception made the stay more pleasant. Small monastic rooms that had zero personality. So different to the hotel rhetoric. Would not stay again

Well , i stayed in this hotel for 5 days in june 2015, hotel is clean , comfort , But room size is what made me disappointed. I think **** star hotel room should be little bigger ever for the standard room. Wifi is free but very slow if you need faster wifi you have to pay for it !!.... More

On a quiet street with an easy access to shopping destinations on the 8eme. the standard room are a no go; better superior and sometimes they do a good deal or a deluxe upgrade on site. If the deluxe vs. the superior is for 40 euros a night- then would strongly recommend to go for it. . The deluxe room... More

If you are traveling from US, you may say "Hotel California? No way!". Yeah, I know what you feel. But this hotel is conveniently located in Champs Elysee. You can walk anywhere (especially Louis Vuitton HQs). And the quality will beat your expectation. Room is moderately sized, i.e., not small as Paris standard, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly... More

The location is perfect. just a 100 meters of the Champs Elysee and close to the Arc The Triumph. The room was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Although the room was a non smoking room it was a bit smelly.

Whether you are in Paris for business or a family vacation, this is definitely the perfect hotel destination! I made my reservations by phone through a lovely and accommodating Nadia who insured we received exactly what I had requested. The staff is so extremely friendly, we were promptly greeted with a lot of smiling faces upon arrival to the hotel.... More

Stayed here for a few nights to attend a work conference. The location is fantastic - a stone's throw from the Champs Elysees. The feeling throughout the hotel was one of elegant grandeur with a modern finish. My room was great and facing away from the road it was extremely quiet too. The bed was so comfortable, the huge shower... More

The staff interacted with me in three languages when I checked in and gave my family and I a very large room. Great air conditioning and plenty of outlets! Very spacious! Above all, I was delighted by how pleasant the hotel was and all that it had to offer, particularly its cleanliness and kind staff, not to mention its proximity... More
