Fair enough, for the amount you pay you don't expect a great deal, but a broken curtain, dust and dirt everywhere, pathetic shower and extremely cold room is not acceptable. Beautiful clean upscale hotel.The computer in the lobby offered free Internet access,It was an close walk to the convention center.with breakfast ( tea, coffee, juices, donuts, donuts, donuts, wafles).Definitly will come back.
