Arrived here in early July. We were staying for 2 nights as we travel around Europe. We were in one of the ground floor rooms. First things first it's clean and comfortable, which are the only things that matter to me. There were a few things though that may put other visitors off. Mostly it was very dark, there was... More

first thing to say about this hotel is that it is a no frills hotel but that is reflected in the price. i have to say that the pictures of the rooms dont look anything like the room me and my wife stayed in when we stopped for 4 nights. the staff are very nice and polite. the rooms are... More

Stayed here for three nights in January and have to say was disappointed upon arrival at the hotel. Reception was clean and the staff were friendly, however when we opened the door to our room we were very disappointed. The room was dark, old and tired, with the bathroom being sectioned off with a patrician wall. The tiles in the... More

We stayed on the 4th floor with no A/C during a heat wave of about 110 degrees with a broken lift for two of the five days we were there. Upon arrival the bed did not look like the sheets had been changed. To make that matter worse we found a receipt for XXL Ladies Lingerie in mint green and... More

Wish I'd not read the trip advisor reviews. We booked this hotel for a birthday break, so it was important that it was nice. We didn't have a superior room, we had a regular room. The staff were friendly, they gave us a map and circled the attractions in Paris we hadn't been to on previous trips which we might... More

Given that we were warned by our travel agent that the hotel is currently being upgraded (Jan 2012) and there was no guarantee of an upgraded room, we were not expecting too much. The only staff we saw were those on the recetion desk and those serving breakfast; they were, in the main, very polite and helpful. Breakfast (one croissant... More

I booked this hotel because of the location and because of the price (booked an offer), Location is great, few mins walk to Montmartre, close to the metro, even 20 min walk to the city centre. Staff, also nice and friendly, specially the italian girl. However be advised that the hotel has really nice and renovated rooms, and very odd... More

I was booked in this hotel for a last minute trip and they went for the cheapest bedroom. It was old, outdated and smelly. I understood from the staff that someone stayed in this bedroom for a few months and was smoking cigarette. On the day after I asked to change bedroom. They were really nice about it. They gave... I was concerned when I read all the negative reviews before my trip. Since the price was so right and it was near the metro I decided to book the hotel anyway (with Travelocity). The front desk receptionist (a woman) was very incredible. Unfortunately, she would not find my reservation in the system (may be Travelocity's fault who did not... More
